** I have changed my review to 4 stars up from 3 stars based on the reply from Geneses Medical. Clearly at least they care. And fixing the pipette situation will be a big help. It was really only one of the 6 ampules which was defective, not scored enough around the neck, so wouldn't break open properly. Clear instructions in English, in the box, with clear pictures of the items that should be in the box, would be helpful.**

There were no English instructions or diagrams explaining what each item was and how to use it. The video on the website is a joke - the animated video has no relationship to the items in the box, other than the actual test strip. There was a bag of pipette tubes, but only one bulb, which did not work at all. We ended up just having to cut deep enough to actually drip blood from our fingers onto the test strip. The ampules were almost impossible to open, and did not contain enough liquid. The pipette didn't work for this either, so we just had to break the tops off the vials and drip the liquid into the hole on the test kit. So if you didn't get all of it in, there was no extra. This is a very poorly laid out kit with terrible to no instructions. Nothing in the video resembles anything in the test kit other than the test strip.

Test gaf geen reactie na 15 minuten. De 3 druppels vloeistof toevoegen waren veel te weinig om een reactie in de test te laten ontstaan. Vervolgens meer vloeistof toegevoegd en toen ontstond er meteen een reactie. Echter was t bloed toen waarschijnlijk al gestold en is de betrouwbaarheid van de test niet meer volledig.

De informatie voor het gebruik is helder en goed uit te voeren. Iets meer van de vloeistof gebruiken bleek nodig om het resultaat te krijgen, dit staat overigens ook zo aangegeven.
Het resultaat lijkt betrouwbaar (negatief net als GGD test paar dagen later)

Snel verstuurd en de test deed wat het moest doen. Simpel uit te voeren.

De test heeft t niet gedaan dus zonde van mijn geld .. alles bleef wit terwijl ik er ruim voldoende bloed in heb gedaan .

Prima set. Duidelijke handleiding. Gemakkelijk uit te voeren. Resultaat inzichtelijk. Bleek dat antistoffen nog, zij het zwak, aanwezig waren na 1 jaar.

Prikken ging ook goed maar is wel een klein gaatje om er bloed uit te halen. Was flink knijpen

Ordered a 2 set testkit. Received the kit with only 1 tester inside by accident. Inquired via the website contact form. Was immediately responded to and the other testkit arrived the next day with a personal note. Much appreciated!

Had de bestelling binnen een dag thuis. Netjes verpakt en de test werkte ook goed. Duidelijke gebruiksaanwijzing. Ben er tevreden over. Had er één besteld maar doe er de volgende keer twee om het zeker te weten.

De testen werden netjes geleverd en functioneerden goed. Uitleg erbij in Engels en NL.
