This company could improve by actually providing a customer service. I was taken in by self-proclaimed faith based. As they are not returning phone calls they stand in judgment with almighty God. I feel they use that approach to suck people in and use them. I have been leaving them messages and emails for a week and have gotten no response

Can't even get these guys on the phone. Their two main numbers send you to a voicemail box that hangs up on you. Trying to sell some coins and I can't reach anyone.

They absolutely ripped me off. They claim to Christian business, but I would say that their tactics are NOT Christian at all. The guy I talked with sold me some silver bars at roughly 238% markup. I asked about it and he said it was a premium product. I asked on Feb 6 2026 how much I could get for it at this time and it was actually less than cost when silver was at around 78.85 spot price. I am writing this at this time because I will never have anything to do with them. I had my purchase analyzed in Feb 2026 after my conversation with Genesis Gold and he calculated I was over charged for the gold by an avg premium over 34% and silver by an avg premium of 64%. One thing I can say is that if I knew back then what I know now, I would be a lot better off.

In early 2023, I rolled my 401(k) into a self-directed IRA to purchase gold and silver through Genesis Gold Group. I was nearing retirement and looking for protection, not speculation.

The company presented itself as Christian-based, which built trust. I was encouraged to purchase “private market” rare coins described as “your best option,” with strong upside potential and projections as high as 300% over a couple of years. I was told pricing required going to the dealer market and that they would “get the best price” for me. Premiums and percentage spreads above spot were never clearly explained.

Several weeks after the rollover, my custodian statement reflected a value more than 50% lower than the amount transferred. The average markup I paid was approximately 109%.

When I questioned this, I was told the lower value was simply what is reported to the IRS and that premiums recover. However, the statement reflected actual market value. The metals themselves had not collapsed in price—the difference was the embedded premiums.

As of this January, the premium gap has not recovered. Had I understood that my account could reflect a loss of this magnitude immediately after the rollover, I would not have moved forward.

Update: I finally received a return call, but sadly, the damage has been done. There is nothing that Genesis Gold Group can do to make things right. Sadly, their standard operations will compromise their client's information. You've been warned.

They have some very unprofessional employees that apparently do not care about a clients personal information. I have a serious and legitimate complaint, but they aren't interested enough to call me back.

"Discriminatory and Concerning Business Ethics"

I went into this interview process optimistic and well-prepared. I arrived early, in a brand-new suit, ready to share my skills and background. As a disabled veteran with brain cancer who has taught myself the stock market, I wanted to help people protect their investments. Initially, the team seemed impressed.

However, once I disclosed my disability and the need for reasonable accommodations, the tone shifted dramatically. By the next day, I was told I was “not what they were looking for” — despite never being asked real questions about my qualifications. I had to follow up myself, as they did not extend the courtesy of closing the loop.

I also asked about their lead generation process and how they operate, but my questions were brushed aside. For a company that promotes itself as a Christian organization, the lack of transparency, professionalism, and inclusivity was alarming.

If this is how they treat potential employees — dismissing qualified candidates once they disclose a disability — it raises serious concerns about their ethics as a business. If this is their standard internally, how do they treat their customers? My experience left me feeling discriminated against and questioning whether their practices align with the values they claim to uphold.

I learned of Genesis Gold from watching the Sentinal Report and decided to give it a try. Their team was very professional, they got me what I wanted and answered all my questions. Happy to recommend them to others who want to invest in gold.

Every single person we dealt with on every & all aspects of precious metal purchases, & return of some,we could NOT be more IMPRESSED. They ALL ( EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE) WILL & do take care of you like you are family. So if you are a newbie to this kind of investment opportunity this is definitely a place for you!! Know that I never write reviews but I absolutely have to for this awesome company!! I will recommend this company to anyone period. Worried about your money because you're financial guy is having a cow then do what I did,I asked for a full amount disclosure & a check for 00,000.00 received it & showed my guy & got a holy s___ then reinvested it with them.( thank God) he even stated out loud why isn't his company doing this. The Director of Customer Service, Siniva Walker, has been very helpful during all correspondence I have had with her concerning my account. She has informed me of details of my precious metals IRA that I was not aware of, but are important.

I agree completely with Ben - when i saw the price of the gold and silver - i came unglued and sent a STOP email. they assured me the quality of their product was the reason... I purchased due to Mike Lindell recommendations... do your home work, do NOT use Genesis, they hide behind "Christian" values claim.

I moved 401K funds to the Genesis Gold Group recently and the people were very polite and enjoyable to work with. I was very disappointed after the fact when I realized that the 9-dollar premium paid over the spot price for the silver that I purchased was excessive. Although I asked about the high premium before the purchase, I was told that such a high premium is due to the high quality of silver necessary to meet IRA requirements. I was informed later that the 9-dollar premium is excessive and offered a rate of 3 dollars over spot by another dealer who also works through Entrust. I was told that I was taken advantage of. I confirmed that IRA grade silver is available for around 3 dollars above spot through several online dealers. I naively provided unearned trust to a business because they #1 Are posted on the Gateway Pundit which I do trust. #2 Associate with Christianity which I do trust. I lost several thousand dollars in incredibly high premiums as a result.

Awesome experience with Genesis Gold Group!

It took me quite a while to find the right company to purchase my gold for a Self-directed IRA. I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of people, but finally came to rest in doing my business with Genesis Gold Group. I had the pleasure of working with Bill Armor who was very straightforward and honest in his dealings with me. He did not push and was very relaxed in addressing my questions.

Being my first time into this precious metal arena, I did not know what to expect and who to trust. I read the horror stories in the reviews of various gold companies (hidden costs, high markups, quoting one thing and getting a different price after the trade, etc).

I can honestly say that what we agreed upon over the phone became reality after going through the process. My expectations were fully met regarding the cost of the gold after everything was settled.

Everything was laid out clearly up front before committing to Genesis Gold Group. I am very happy to have been dealt with in a straightforward, clear, honest, and no pressure way.
I worked hard in my research towards such a big decision.
Looking back now, I’m very pleased with this experience. No surprises. My expectations were met. I'm a satisfied customer.
