Clean ya oven

I advised it made me cough seriously badly it’s toxic I had all kitchen windows wide open I have 5 windows in my kitchen too ( they advise to wear protective clothing) that’s not going to stop the fumes is it? The owner on the video doesn’t wear eyewear so perhaps she should?!! Can’t use it anymore!

Brought the grease be done but had better results from Astonish products.

Waste of money want a refund and to send back at your cost not mine.

The Customer service team are amazing.
I love using genie it does get expensive but I do try to buy the bundles when I can as this does save money.
I have been a cleaner for 6 years ovens are my pet hate.
I bought the genie oven cleaner and cleaned the oven, I went and bought the Genie BBQ and grill cleaner and I did the racks. I put them in a black plastic bag and left them in the sun for an hour and I can honestly say it just wiped off with a sponge and a toothbrush.
Normally I take hours to clean a cooker but I managed to do this in 2 hours, although I did leave the racks outside for an hour and the weather is 23c so this may have helped.
I can honestly say these work fantastic.
If you're saying they don't work you're lying.
Only issue was it did leave a white film on the door plastic but as soon as i got the steamer on the door and wiped it with the dry micro-fibre cloth, it removed it.
(I didn't need to use my steamer but it helps me with my head to kill the germs, if there is any ,even though I cleaned it lol) I could clean everything with anything but I always go back over it with a steamer and wipe over.

I had a order with tik tok that kept saying waiting to be picked up, tik tok ai bot was usless finally got them to connect me with genie clean. Im disabled and rely on online orders, I was communicating with Kelly, she was amazing said she would sort it all out, and she did, i couldnt fault the customer service, I know she works for genie but my problem was with tik tok who you cannot seem to get a real person!. I have now got all my product and im delighted as per usual. The grease be gone is so usable on many things, an the post man commented on how nice my house smelt today. I have many product from this company and have never had an issue with any product , in fact totally the opposite they make my life a little easier.
Thank you once again Kelly for sort out tik tok. And hope you guys have many more successive years to come.
Im 62 an helping people out through customer service doesnt always take much but can go a very long way into keeping repeat business.

I have ordered products from this company and they have been delivered but for some reason I cannot get in contact with your customer service team just saying I have not received my order have not been able to contact company services just keeps saying message not delivered

It doesn’t work. I followed the directions and it didn’t work. I didn’t use it incorrectly like they are trying to say. Wet completely, and then use without any product on it. Pretty easy instructions. Didn’t work. When I tried to return it, they gave me a hard time and they didn’t refund shipping. They know it doesn’t work and when I wanted a refund, I had to pay for them to send me a product that they knew didn’t work. They just hope a certain % just eat the $30 after it doesn’t work and don’t return it. Stand by your product. If it doesn’t work. Refund 100% of the money. Don’t buy this garbage.
I sent a reply to the link provided and no response by the company. They are overseas somewhere and aren’t reaching out to fix anything. They are putting on a show for this site. Beware. Don’t buy this product.

Amazing stuff.
I purchased this to buy a ‘new’ product to try easily to tackle grease in the kitchen. I had tried other products but they didn’t do what they advertised. GREASE be GONE spray and left for a few minutes cleaned ovens, that soap scum on the bottom of showers, etc, etc.. I keep it for just the grimy work.

Absolutely fantastic oven cleaning spray genuinely so easy to clean once spray applied I never review cleaning products but this is life changing

I absolutely swore by these products a while back, however I feel the quality has changed, and if your not careful you can see visible white marks once you've washed your floors, oven ect. and overall it's getting very expensive and not visible for me.
I've switched back to flash and elbow grease and detol which work as well, don't have to re go over to clear the residue and for less money!

Horrible customer service! They will not help you and do not disclose a name of who you are communicating with after being asked numerous times! They will not work with you, only excuse their poor service and ask "if there is anything else they can help with, and to let us know".

If I don't receive my product that I ordered over 2 weeks ago, I will be contacting my bank and filling a dispute against them! Tired of this company playing games with me!

I had an order with this company for over £85 it came damaged via DHL leaking everywhere my driver told me to keep the products and he would report it to his manager I contact them and genie clean as they had to be binned as they were leaking everywhere but genie clean offered me a ten pound good will gesture what a joke I have lots of orders from this company but feel very let down by this one so bye genie clean no more orders from me even sent evidence of the guy opening the first box and the second

I have taken my time to review the products I have purchased. Products arrive on time. I have Grease be Gone, which is my absolute favourite. I have a wooden extractor over my cooker which I had never been able to clean properly BUT one application and the grease melted away.
I also have Clean Ya Oven. I approach oven cleaning with trepidation (and a mask with filters!), yay, my oven and shelves are looking a lot better. It has taken a few applications with the shelves but are now looking way better. Fridge Fresh, great. Floor cleaner, undecided on at the moment though I love the scent. I have to give the floors a bit more cleaning.

I've made a couple of purchases and as a business owner that is vat registered we do require vat invoices to be sent. This has been requested serval times now and sent to several emails however no reply. They also do not display thier vat registration on thier page or invoices which is a legal requirement.

I bought the genie clean grease be gone, Spanish bubbles room spray and Spanish bubble floor cleaner and wow absolutely amazing the grease be gone is absolutely amazing I have a small table that has children's paint all over it I've been trying to get it off for the last 3 years I've tried everything including bleach and nothing would remove it, I used the grease be gone I only left it on for about a minute and it literally just wiped it away I didn't even have to scrub it. I cannot recommend this product more I will definitely be ordering again it smells so good and clean I cannot wait to order the timescale remover I am so happy 😊

Great products. Quick and easy order and delivery. The products are amazing. I’ve used the oven clean which is fantastic and does what is says. The grease be gone is brilliant. The sherbet floor cleaner smells lovely but the scent Doesnt last very long. And I’ve also used the fridge clean. I highly recommend this company and follow her on Facebook which shows how good the products work. Great company products

Having been inundated with genie videos on tik tok I thought I’d finally give it a go. I’ve been looking for something to finally get rid of the little, baked on grease splatters in my ninja oven after having tried everything! I was so excited because I love my ninja products to be sparkling. However I sprayed it on, so excited to see the final result. I left it on over night and all it has managed to do is dull the shine inside my ninja oven and now it looks so unbelievably ruined I’m actually thinking about throwing it away. Having paid £12 in the first instance which I wasn’t happy about it has now ruined my beautiful oven!! I actually don’t care how many ppl have bought ur products and have been happy with them. I for one am so unbelievably mad that I now have a £300 ninja oven that not only does it still have the grease splatters but now looks like it’s fit for the bin. I won’t be emailing or reaching out to u because unless ur willing to buy me a new ninja oven I really don’t care what you have to say! I must stress that this ninja is not an air fryer it is in fact a ninja oven as I have stated and it does not anywhere on the label state not to use it on air fryers/ninja ovens etc.

I ordered the big bundle, one product was missing, I contacted genie and they sent one immediately, can't fault the customer service go above and beyond to help.
As for the products, they are beyond amazing stains I've used pink stuff, ciff, bleach, method, not budged them but genie spray and boom gone! Highly recommend all cleaning products,.wax melts, room purfume and blast can.

My son who is 6 whenever am cleaning will say mum it's not just clean it's genie clean 🤣❤️

Love love love my genie cleaning products. The 'grease be gone' is my absolute favourite product, it will clean anything! Spray leave for 5 mins & all the crap literally just wipes away. The scale it down is also just as amazing, removed a build up of limescale from my shower and around my taps that I just couldn't shift.
Will be buying all my cleaning products from genie from now on.

Fast delivery and brilliant products. I decided to try them after seeing so many ads on Facebook and the free clean vids. I have ordered the grease be gone, fridge fresh and liquid. I will defo order more and some other items.

Im not one to leave a bad review however, since I keep receiving emails asking me to over and over I will... started off like everyone else seen the products on social media alot and seen alot of people commenting how good they were so decided to buy because who doesn't love a nice smelling clean home... order placed.. no contact or update after a week so did some digging into delivery ect couldn't find anything specific on their site about delivery times, so contacted their email as there was no number to call.. no response. I let it lie and waited abit longer.. got to 30days since order, after attempting contact via several emails I found via their website, the trade email, the shopify contact, I think 4 different emails i tried along side Facebook and tik tok videos and images and every comment and email was ignored so I done a charge back with the bank! To which the following day you decided it would be the perfect time to finally send my order. No email to say you sent it. No contact what so ever it was shopify whom updated me. Products arrived and I fully wanted to love them however because of the process I had to go through to get them I see them as just another cleaning product that does the same as my £1 product sitting in the cupboard. I have not and will not recommend these products due to the service received. What gets me the most is that you quite happily replied back to the bank on the same email i was using to contact you to challenge the charge back. All is fair have your money, I have the product but for me its the irony!

Communication via the Facebook page is amazing super quick response.
Mine and my sisters order has arrived and I would happily wait again these products are outstanding they really do the work for you highly recommend
