This company is very professional friendly polite they sorted out the part I needed, processed my order quickly and informed me of the delivery dated, very impressed with the service with No complaints

Most of it went well. The item was correct and even the shipping time was fine (given that the part wasn't in stock at the time). The only remark I have is the packaging; they could have added a little bit more bubble wrap or something, and/or maybe a better box. The box got completely smashed during shipping. Luckily the item is thin, flat and bendy so it ended up undamaged. Please, give the box and wrapping a little bit more thought.

I ordered HP HEATSINK FY22 M.2 SSD and I received this part today in perfect condition. I have already install the heatsink without any problem.

I purchased a palm assembly/ base from this company on 7th May and despite giving full correct part details , they sent the wrong part several days later. This cost £98 and I sent email to say this was incorrect part they then apologised for this stating a full refund would be given. I have sent a reminder as I returned this and still chasing a refund over 2weeks later. This has caused major inconvenience and I'm still waiting for a refund . Stay away from this company.

found a fairly rare part on there for a comparably low price, was genuinely surprised by the quality, also packaged well. delivery was timely and as expected considering the distance. will order again!

I was having massive problems sourcing a touchpad module from every other retailer until I contacted GeniusParts. Within a day from emailing them, they had sourced the part and began the shipping process.

I had tried to find the part I ordered all over the Internet, and even when the company had no stock they back ordered the part from HP and kept me well informed about the part shipment and availability. This is the second time I have used Genius Parts for difficult to find HP parts and both times I have been able to purchase what I required. I would certainly recommend them as an excellent supplier.

I was looking for a card reader for an HP desktop. HP's own site was useless - couldn't even tell me the part number, let alone provide it. I eventually found the part number, but it turned out to be rarer than hens' teeth. Finally I found it at Genius Parts, who supplied it promptly, at a fair price and well packed. Highly recommended - I shall no doubt be using them again.

I orderd from Germany. The part came, it was new and it worked perfectly. It was a spare touchpad wich was very rare to find - and so I was happy to get it in this shop!
