I was struggling to get a part for my laptop, and I reached out to Genius Parts. I had a reply back almost immediately confirming they did have the part. Jamie was helpful with another couple of queries and the part was ordered.
The part arrived within a couple of working days and was carefully packaged and in perfect working order

I required a replacement adapter for my Acer laptop, finding the correct product was easy and was in stock.

I ordered in on Tuesday and recieved it the following Tuesday at the time specified, the adapter was packaged well and no signs of any damage.

Extremely satisfied and would use Genius Parts again in the future.

Excellent service! I needed a part I could not find anywhere else no matter how much I looked! I placed the order and when their normal courier could not ship it due to size, I asked if it was possible to find another courier and they did! It arrived today just in time for the birthday I intended to gift it on!

Buying a replacement lead was easy shame I had to buy 1 in the first place thoe only had it since Christmas 2024

I would give the company 5 stars for their great communication and help with recent deliveries but 0 stars for ACER in how they deliver 2 heatsinks for my laptop which were both damaged.

So Acer were totally useless in supplying a simple European power lead for my Acer laptop. Claimed DPD tried numerous times to deliver, they hadn't. Wasted my time then claimed they needed to check the undelivered package! Got my money back! GENIUS PARTS were brilliant, no problem we can supply, within a week the delivery arrived. Thanks Genius. 10/10
