I thought I was going to get List of items I should be eating and others I definitely not be eating. For $350. I should have done something else.
I’m disappointed. Lesson learned though.

I am intrigued by your theory determining the needs of the human body's requirements regarding vitamins and minerals. I'm in the middle of my second 90-day cycle with your product. I am a 74-year-old male just trying to maintain a decent standard of health. Unfortunately I'm going through some kind of flu-like experience at the moment which started about a week ago. Your product didn't save me so I'm neutral on it at the moment

I was pleasantly impressed by the professionalism and support as well as encouragement from my nutritionist, Kelly. She was very kind, helpful and informative about my concerns. After nine months, we both agreed I reached my goals and could continue on from what I learned and already incorporated in my daily life. I will always be grateful to her, however, I will miss our bi-monthly video chats!

Thank you for the opportunity to learn some hard, altering lessons. I feel that I am making wiser nutritional choices now. This opportunity was definitely worth it.

Everything thing went great. Order arrived on time.

As part of the GLP-1 group, I was first invited to a kick-off Zoom that I couldn’t attend because I was working. The email said it would be recorded so it could be watched. I never saw that email. Then my coach had to setup my account because there was some deal with the app. Then she didn’t have any appointments until the second week of June. I chose an appointment and never heard from her again. I have asked for a June refund and was told no. I was told that I had access to the app. But you can tell I haven’t used it… She finally contacted me a few days ago to set up a meeting. We’ll see how this goes.

I love the product. Dislike I can not speak to a real human to get things correct. I had my delivery schedule changed without my authorization and I ened up canceling my vitamin subscription to get it to all stop

Excellent service

Attempted to initiate a health coach and the web page said "coaching is not offered outside of the U.S." Sent a request for assistance with no response. Reached out a 2nd time with no response. Testing is insightful, but I feel involving a health coach is important to leverage the data. I live in the United States.

Customer service is awful not only am I not understood but also have wait forever to get any response

This was the most generic useless result, did not come close to my actual blood work results. Total waste of money in my opinion.

I am very disappointed with my experience with GenoPalate. My sample was received on April 8th, and in the confirmation email, it clearly stated that results would be available within three weeks. Today is May 9th — over four weeks later — and I still have no results, no daily updates, and not even a single apology for the delay. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the price of the service. I expected a much more professional and transparent process.

I really am loving GenoPalate ! The insights are super helpful in navigating an ever changing and sometimes trendy dietary landscape. Wild to find out there are some oils better for me than others and knowing this will affect virtually all my cooking. I also really like seeing items like basil work so well for me and can be added easily to many meals.

Overall positive experience! I was a bit underwhelmed initially after receiving my results because on the surface - I wasn't sure what it was indicating or what I would be able to learn but after doing the consultation with the Genopalate coach - I was able to understand more of the data and the benefits it could provide if I used it correctly.

Great offering and super informative insight into my optimal foods. I’ve worked the recommendations into my weekly meal plans and feel great! They have a very unique offering with insight into myself based on my dna I haven’t seen anywhere else. Cool stuff!

I got my geno results back a few days ago and just had my meeting with a dietitian today. So excited to try the new things I have learned and see how it impacts my health!
