Long time customer, first time with an issue. Inflator was ~15 years old, needed seals. They promptly sent out a whole new inflator package with CO2. They definitely honor the lifetime warranty!

I had a bike tire CO2 inflator that went bad after many years. The gasket/o-ring got old inside. I contact customer support and they replaced it with no questions asked. They deserve 5 big stars!!

I ordered the tire patch kit and additional CO2 cartridges and bam, it arrived in 2 days.

I owned a previous model for over 10 years. I recently replaced it with newer model. My personal tip is to always make sure your new tube’s presta valve is open before you attempt to inflate.

So few companies actually live up to the lifetime guarantee these days. I had a very old air chuck, probably 15 years old. It stopped sealing against the valve stem, they replaced it with no drama. Much appreciated!

It was so easy to get my product exchanged after an oring failed in the top plunger seal. They were fast and courteous.I will definintely be buying more products from their company with this type of customer care.

Your company provides excellent products and very efficient and friendly customer service. My transaction was warranty replacement of an item that broke during normal use. I offered to send back the broken unit but the representative told me that was not necessary and that my replacement unit would be mailed the next business day.
