Customer service is top notch

One of my older tire valves wasn't sealing any longer on the CO2 cartidges and Genuine Innovations promptly sent me a new one. Great customer service. I always liked my valve so I'm excited to have a new one.

Genuine Innovations is totally awesome!

Genuine Innovations is totally awesome! I bought one of their Ultraflate inflators and it blew an "O Ring" when I was inflating my mountain bike tire on a ride. I reported it, and they replaced the Ultraflate inflator immediately at no charge as part of their Lifetime Guarantee on the product. They were fantastic to deal with, and I really appreciated their professional customer service and support.

I love this tool

I love this tool! I use it for disciplining my dogs when they jump on me or guests. One good blast and that was It. It is completely humane and effective.

Well, you could do a little bit better

Well, you got my address wrong so the first attempt by UPS was unsuccessful and the next two attempts by UPS to the correct address were unsuccessful. I ended up having to pick up the package at the UPS facility.

I don’t know...I was rather annoyed by all this but I have the package.

I have used their products for years

I have used their products for years, works well and very dependable.

Why did the whole industry quit using 12grm threadless cartridges? Cheapest for the consumer and the lightest for weight watchers.
