I emailed stating that I didn’t believe the filters would fit. I received an email shortly after, stating to give them a try and if they didn’t fit I could get a refund. I sent pictures that clearly show they were the incorrect filters with a response stating that the filters were not even close. How do I need to proceed for sending the filters back and to get a refund. That was over a week ago and still have not received a response.

Outstanding experience. The sensors worked as advertise, quick simple installation and relearn process.

Ordered 3 items only 2 were delivered. Ordered Mopar Fuel filter. It is not an original Mopar filter it is a knockoff.
Compared with a real mopar filter.
Wrote email to get money back on filter that was not sent, no response. Called no response.
GENUINEOEMAUTOPARTS responded after 2 weeks. The price of the non delivered item was refunded.

Bought Motorcraft Spark Plugs that are obvious counterfeit. Electrode tips not made the same. Bent Straps. Different Gaps (these are non adjustable). Emailed contact@genuineoemautoparts 5 different times to resolve this. They wont communicate back. Thats the reason I decided to comment here.

was sent a backup camera . installed and the picture was super zoomed in . Called and requested a return . They said don’t worry about sending camera back and they would issue a refund . a month later no refund had been seen and made multiple efforts to contact merchant . no answer . filed a dispute with credit card company . they made up a bunch of lies on their report and somehow won the dispute . i still have the piece of crap camera but would gladly return to them . avoid this business

Part were as advertised, packaged well and would recommend to anyone interested in need of a TPMS.

Horrible! I ordered the parts that the website said was correct for my truck. I was sent spark plugs that were too long and didn’t fit.
I was told that it was my fault that I was sent the wrong parts and that the companies ‘policy’ was to not exchange for the correct parts.
A scammer can only last so long before the public finds out and everyone quits doing business with them. Considering that the addresses on the website are not accurate and that the phone number give is ALWAYS busy, I doubt that any of this makes a difference to whomever is behind this scam.

Its fine, it works, only thing bringing down the rating is that the 5 day shipping I paid for took about 2 weeks instead
