Bon site pour des pièces introuvables

Je ne trouvais pas la pièce dont j’avais besoin et J’ai trouvé mon bonheur sur ce site. L’expédition est un peu longue mais grâce à Fedex l’acheminement fut très rapide et sans encombre. C’est quand même dommage qu’il n’y a pas les photos des pièces pour être sûr de commander les bonnes. Grand merci pour le traitement de ma commande.

He realizado una compra en esta Web TSE Slovakia s.r.o. (OEMVWSHOP.COM) , el día 05/04/2026, tornillos grupo Vag. El caso es que el 16/04/2026, recibo correo , a última hora 19.05 horas, donde solo tienen 6 tornillos de los 21 que he comprado, 17/04/2026, Viernes a última hora 19:05, me indican que no tienen stock de 3 tornillos, y dia 18 me indican que ya esta completado el pedifo, despues de haber trascurridos, más de 12 días,desde que realicé la compra, ya que el dia 17 como dije anteriormente me enviaron un correo donde les faltan tres tornillos de OTRA REFERENCIA, del total de los 21 tornillos que les compré, alegando que no tienen Stock de esos tres tornillos en concreto.Tengo mi coche en el taller, el mecánico está muy disgustado ya que necesita el espacio para arreglar otros coches, y no he podido llevar al taller los tornillos para poder sacar el coche, teniendo que desplazarme en trasporte publico. Hoy 17 de Abril les mande un correo de reclamación del correo que recibí de ésta empresa, donde exijo el cumplimiento de contrato de compra, ya que no se está cumpliendo. Menos mal que he pagado con Paypal, si no resuelven el problema, enviaré toda la documentación correspondiente que dispongo a Paypal, de lo sucedido,/enviada documentacion a Paypal 18/04/2026/, para solicitar la devolución de mi dinero, en el caso de que me sigan dando largas, porque tambien me dicen que el envio lo haran el 22.Es inviable que yo haya comprado el día 05 de Abril y que el día 17 de Abril Viernes a última hora, estando el servicio de atención al cliente de ésta empresa, no disponible por el horario que tienen, te indiquen que hay tres tornillos que no tienen, el caso es que tampoco me han enviado los que tienen en Stock,(No he Recibido ningún artículo que compré), a pesar de que su web especifica que el envío de los productos en Stock es de 24 horas después de recibir el pago, según lo que me comunicaron en el email que recibí, hasta el día 22/04/2026, no harán el envío, / si lo tienen porque no envían??/ A esto hay que sumarle el tiempo de entrega una vez salga de los almacenes.Tampoco deja crear la incidencia en su página donde disponen de un formulario que al meterte no está disponible indicando un error 404, donde también conservo ésta prueba. Muy lamentable esta situación, porque el cobro se hizo el día 05 de Abril de 2026, con Paypal, cargado en mi cuenta bancaria el dia 09, y al momento de realizar la factura no se me indica cuanto tardare en recibirlo, solo posteriormente cuando envian otro correo.
Espero haya una solución para ambas partes, y no tener que ir a otras instancias, porque ya me canse de lo que esta sucediendo y no se solucione.
Me acaban de responder que me los enviaran el dia 20 Lunes, po Fedex, a ver si sale tofo bien,seguiré contando por aqui mi experiencia. Ahora a esperar nuevamente el envio a que me llegue.Despues de 16 dias desde que hice la compra, y haber realizado varias reclamaciones me ha llegado hoy a las 15.00 horas aproximadamente. Consejo si necesitais algo urgente no recomiendo esta pagina, si puedes esperar hasta un mes en que te llegue el pedido entonces si. Gracias.

Buenos días, gracias por sus comentarios, cuando ha realizado la fecha del pedido 05.04.2026 ha recibido información con la fecha prevista de envío que es el 22.04.2026 en la cesta de la compra y en la confirmación de su pedido a partir de la fecha 05.04.2026. con exactamente la misma fecha prevista de envío 22.04.2026. Hemos confirmado esta fecha por correo electrónico para mostrar cuándo se enviarán las piezas de repuesto y estamos pidiendo honestamente que se repita esta fecha por su parte.

Su pedido será enviado más rápido de lo esperado - lunes 20.04.2026

Necesitaba una pieza que en Europa solo la podian conseguir ellos de fábrica.
Si no tienes prisa y además tambien tienes paciencia es un buen lugar para encargar tu pieza. A mi me tardó en llegar un mes justo. Pero era la pieza correcta y totalemte nueva.

Site fiable

J'ai pu commander des pièces plus disponibles chez Audi, avec un prix inférieur. Les échanges par mail prennent environ deux jours, mais c'est annoncé, et on obtient toujours une réponse. Aucun problème à la livraison. Je recommande ce site.

Great inventory of parts and cheap cost

Great inventory of parts and cost are cheaper than competitors. However, FedEx shipping is expensive (€45) for small packages and PayPal charges (€11) that I haven’t seen before from any merchant.
The package arrived on time to Australia.

Defective Part and Refused Warranty

I ordered an airbag control unit for an Audi, but the part arrived defective. It was installed by a local authorized Audi dealer, and their diagnostic report confirmed the unit was faulty. Despite this, OEMVW refused to honor the warranty and instead claimed the issue was due to wiring, even though there was no evidence in the diagnostic reports to support that conclusion. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and integrity, and would not recommend this seller.

Good day, thank you for your feedback. This is a little bit different story as you sent to us via email. This is the first email received from you dated 29th of September 2025.

"I’m reaching out regarding the part I ordered from your company a few weeks ago. After installation, it worked for a short time, but the original issue returned shortly after. I took the vehicle back to ATL Auto (Audi), who advised that the part is defective and that I would need a replacement."

Where you confirmed that our item worked after installation some period but the ORIGINAL issue returned after a short time.

Then we asked several times for the complete diagnostic report. We have received one with hidden fault codes related to the airbag control unit 4M0959655E. After a few days and a couple of emails, we have received the date 24th of October complete diagnostic report from your car.

Regarding the information in your diagnostic report — all related airbags, seat belts and crash sensors are short to plus, short to minus sporadic or static . Also, the crash sensor for the side airbag, driver side rear
Incorrect component installed.

So result in this case, you have a problem with the wiring harness to your Audi Q7. One of the components was installed incorrectly . A short circuit in the wiring led to damage to the control unit purchased from us.

As we have informed you via email, problem with the wiring harness and components in your car need to be solved first, and then you can install brand-new spare part.

Your case was forwarded to Slovak Trade Inspection from your side. We have forwarded full email communication with you, also details about your case.

We are sorry, but this is a mistake on side of your workshop. They have to repair the harness to your car before they install a new unit.

Nul ne commandez pas sur ce site

Je déconseille d'acheter sur ce site j'ai fait une commande le 13 décembre 2025 pour être livré le 5 janvier 2026 sans aucune nouvelle et ils ont envoyé ma commande jusqu'au 12 janvier en plus il se sont trompé sur mon adresse et j'ai du me battre 2 semaine pour que je reçois ma livraison avec fedex

144 bad reviews here and counting what else can i say that has not bean said by all the other customers , order parts payed fast shipping parts took much longer to get delivered once they did i received parts that were open and not original confirmen this with dealer and most importan color does not match the other part that was on the other side also did not have the stamp my original left side did have so 100 % not original part also packaging is generic with only a ziplock bag with no part number really a waste of time and money don't recommend this place, only thing i regrets is not having read this reviews before my purchase if you are reading this don't make the same mistake i did.

You have purchased spare part with part number 8P4863905 4PK . what is set of black clips for audi A3 from year 2004. Set of clips is brand new and original. Yes if your clip in your car is 20 years old, color can be little bit different. But it is possible to get if from audi only in one color and that color is black

When you contacted us regarding returning of spare parts, this was not any problem. Problem is only that you never sent spare parts to us. Provided tracking number to paypal and to us never worked. Because of that was refund not processed.

As we confirmed couple of times, as fast we will get spare parts to our warehouse, we will send money back. This is standard procedure.

As you informed via email if we will not refund money without received goods, you will leave negative feedbacks about our company. You have to return spare parts, then you will get money back.

Refus de remboursement d’une pièce reçue endommagée

J’ai commandé une pièce volumineuse, 1000 euros de frais de port, cette pièce est arrivé 9mois plus tard endommagée, encore 6 mois plus tard, ils me renvoient la pièce que je reçois également endommagée. Bien qu’ayant fait des photos de la pièce encore emballée chez le transitaire, ils refusent de me rembourser car ils demandent des photos vu de dessous ou l’on voit la palette. Entre les frais de transitaire, la douane, les frais de transport, j’en suis à plus de 2000 euros de ma poche.

Good day, thank you for your feedback. Your shippment was full insured. To open any claim with shipping provider we have to follow some rules. We have to provide in timeframe 48 hours after shippment received damaged - damage report - signed upon receipt of goods from shipping provider. Pictures or package, damaged spare parts and if we are asking for more pictures for shipping provider you must provide it. We have acked couple of times for damage report signed upon delivery - we have never received this report. We have never received additional picture we asked for. Because of that we was not able to start claim process with shipping company and insurance company. We are sorry for that.

Trotz fehlenden Bilder von d. Felgen auf d. Homepage, wurde mir telefonisch mitgeteilt dass die Original Felgen die ich suche, genau die sind laut Teilenummer. Sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail war die Beratung sehr gut und effizient. Bestellung abgegeben und ca. 10 Tage später wurde die Lieferung zugestellt, super verpackt und unbeschädigt.
Bin sehr zufrieden!
