Your company is a freaking scam. They charge me 7995 on Facebook and it’s only 3995 on your website and it got zero good reviews. People hate it. They say it doesn’t work. I want my money back.

The Barkgard pro does not have a range of 200 feet and does not have auto ranging frequencies. Completely false advertising from a Chinese supplier selling a product that’s available elsewhere for $40 Australian.
Please refund me in full now

What a piece of junk. A real torture toy. Does not work, return policy is non existent as it cost more to return than what you paid for it. A real scam, buyer beware!

It Is All a Lie
This “Training device” is more a torture device.
We just want help with our new rescues aggressive barking but when I pushed device button our 90#, 4 1/2 year old lab mix went running under the nearest table!!
I waited a couple of days and used PAWCIFY’s Barkguard again she repeated her previous under table run in terror‼️ She thinks she’s being punished ‼️That break our hearts . We’ve never hurt an animal in my 76 or Hubby’s 82 years of life‼️
I agree with the reviews on here: Zero Star‼️
They have an online Help form but my belief is there’s No one on other end‼️ I have sent three messages and gotten zero answers.

I give BarkGuard zero stars!!
If I could give BarkGuard also know as Pawcify zero stars I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! The BarkGuard is a scam, it doesn’t work. My 2 Frenchies ignore it, it does nothing. The site says full refund, BULL$HIT. They will give you options of full store credit for other trash products, or 20% back and keep their “toy” OR you can ship it back to some unknown city in F-ing China. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Barkguard is one of the worst!
Barkguard is one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had! Device doesn’t work, customer service is non existent! Refunds only happen with store credit. Who needs that?!
