No problems..professional service received with great communications - quick and easy!

I chose my removal company, Careline, from getamover.ie. I was worried because I didn't know one from the other. But it all turned out very well. So thankyou, getamover.

Avoid this platform if you value your MONEY & TIME as a business owner in Ireland. Wish I could give 0.

Our experience with this platform has been absolutely terrible. In our opinion, it feels like you are paying for leads that are deliberately presented as relevant but, in reality, are often completely useless.

The platform gives you filter options and makes you believe that you can choose the type of leads you want. We carefully select the requirements relevant to our removals business, yet around 85% of the leads we receive do not match the criteria we selected.

And this is where the real frustration begins.

When we challenge these leads and request a refund/credit because they clearly do not meet the requirements, the claims are rejected. So you are effectively being charged for leads that you never asked for and cannot use.

What is the point of having filters if the leads coming through do not actually follow those filters?

At this stage, it honestly feels like the system is designed to make businesses pay for as many leads as possible, regardless of whether those leads are actually relevant. That is extremely misleading.

What makes this even more concerning is that, after speaking to other removals businesses, we have found that we are far from the only ones experiencing this. We have spoken to newer businesses who have experienced the same problems, as well as established businesses who eventually stopped using the platform because of similar issues.

It is particularly frustrating for new businesses. You invest money into a lead-generation platform expecting it to help you grow, only to find yourself paying repeatedly for irrelevant enquiries and then having your claims rejected.

We feel this is an incredibly poor-value service and would strongly advise other removals companies to think very carefully before spending their money here.

For us, the biggest issue isn't simply receiving a bad lead occasionally — that can happen with any lead-generation service. The problem is the sheer volume of irrelevant leads, the fact that they do not match the filters we selected, and the difficulty getting those charges reversed.

We feel completely let down by the service and, based on our experience and conversations with other businesses, we would not recommend this platform to other removals companies.

They made the process of getting quotes really easy, I got a lot of quotes and it was all very streamlined.

Really handy to get quotes from different companies. Would defo recommend.

With just a little bit of information they very quickly had 5 companies for us to choose from, with the ratings of each company easily viewable. They also organise for the companies to email quotes to us, so I had to do very little. Just choose a company.

A handy/practical service for connecting to Dublin-based removal and/or "guy-with-a-van" services. I had an upcoming move (always a headache), and didn't know where to start. Getamove.ie helped me by simplifying one decision, i.e. which movers to go with.

The service was so efficient with punctual timings, great communications from the drivers, careful handling and ultra professional in approach. The guys were very personable and good humoured. Good price too. Would definitely use them again and recommend highly.
