Get Bali Visa was the easiest visa process I've ever had. I just submitted the docs on WhatsApp and they took care of everything. Legit service and have used it twice over the last couple of years. Only interacted with them on WhatsApp, and they’re very responsive but you can tell different people are servicing the chat so the experience can be all over the place. Only real complaint is the price is getting very high on the second renewal by almost 2x
