I previously bought a gift subscription…
I previously bought a gift subscription for me dad which he loved. I had a query and the customer services response was really quick and helpful.
I then subscribed ongoing for myself, yet when I’ve emailed to ask to cancel my subscription after a few boxes I’ve not had a response for 23 days. I can’t cancel online because anytime I go it’s either “still processing renewals” or boxes have shipped. I’ve sent another email but have no other way of getting in contact with them. Another box has just shipped and I no longer want the subscription.
