Avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers. Ordered an item on the 1st August. Received email confirmation stating that the tracking details would be sent in 3 days. Never received this or the product. I spoke to my credit card company who told me that the payment had been set up as a subscription service and further money was due to be taken. Transaction has been blocked so no further money can be claimed from the thieving beggars.

Very bad experience with MotorCrate. I have placed my order a month before and still have not received any tracking details and my delivery. Payment has been deducted from my credit card, too. I am regularly follow customer care on email and phone for my refund, but there is no response. They have outsourced their customer care to a third party in different country. I am planning to file a complaint to the Citizen Services consumer forum in the UK for this fraud and scam. I never suggest buying any product from this website.

The directors of this company should be locked up. Ordered goods, didn’t arrive tried contacting them and nothing. In between times they tried to take a monthly subscription from my bank which I cancelled. I did not sign up to any subscription, so in my opinion this company should be shut down for breach of trust, ethics etc as they have none.

This is pretty much a scam. It’s almost impossible to cancel the subscription.

Watch out for these people. I was over charged for my item due to "currency conversions" when the item was as listed in GBP I expect to pay the exact GBP listed. Then I raised the concern and they understand refunded me due to "currency conversions", again the number quoted are in GBP so I would expect that you pay/refund in the correct currency. You need to list in USD for your charges to be any where near correct. Absolute disgrace.

Do not use this company- aka Sheer Trends SheerVogue. My purchase from them was nothing like the photo/description. It looked like something you’d get in a Xmas cracker!! I asked to return & get a refund- they didn’t reply for over 2 months. Then suddenly they didn’t stop bothering me with their false customer services department. Their emails are now sent via a mobile number usually in the early hours so they’re definitely not local!! I did manage to get 20% refund this week but that’s the scam - they send substandard products that are not worth a penny - then after a ‘fight’ they refund 20%. So on each order they’re making at least 80%. BEWARE!!!

Do not purchase from this firm. I bought some leather cream that never turned up. When I requested a refund they sent me regular emails explaining why the money hadn't been repaid until they finally told me that they wouldn't be repaying the money and I'd have to ask my bank for it instead. They are complete con merchants.

Same experience as others, place order and pay for it, email from them with excuses about demand. Further email to say the problem was being forwarded to their Fulfilment Department. After 15 days I cancelled the order and asked for a refund which I doubt I will see, I also cancelled the card I used for the purchase in case they attempt to take more money from it like they have done with other people.

Just appalling. I ordered Leather Recovering Balm at a cost of £14.97 from this company on the 18th April 2024. They confirmed acceptance but said there might be a slight delay due to excessive demand. After several weeks I rang the company and was told that it would be with me within a few days. I have rung several times since and been promised it would be next day. Now seven weeks later I have to accept this company is fraudulent. Whatever, you do don’t trust this company with your money.

Sheer trends is also motorcrate. Transactions in credit card are under nailicious.com and like other reviews I too was signed up to some fortnightly subscriptions 27.00 approx. Credit card cancelled and had to do a chargeback. I'm not sure if I'll get any refunds but I will definitely be using trust pilot again b4 any purchases of unfamiliar companies.

Item arrived and payment taken. Payment then taken AGAIN two weeks later. Had to cancel my card and will try to get a refund from the bank as I am getting no reply from MotorCrate. They are scammers. Do not give them your card details.

This company or whatever useless garage sale it is its a scam. Don't buy from them. No customer service. Don't refund as mention on website. Will block you if you try and call them and ask for return. Will not reply to your emails.

I ordered some heated gloves for my motorbike however the gloves that turned up looked nothing like the ones I had ordered and didnt even have the battery pack to heat up. Not only that, I have heard nothing back from them. Disgusting.

Avoid this company. They do not respond to emails and goods do not arrive.

I ordered a garden trolley at least 2 weeks ago and have now received an email saying I cancelled the order. Which I didn't!
I have told them I want the item but they haven't replied to my email.
It was on offer for £28.99 but they took £30.99 although there was no delivery charge.
I'm hoping I get my money back!!!

If I could give this company no stars I would. Ordered garden trolley. I was told that there was a delay in my order then a further e-mail saying that I had cancel the order and there would be no refund. This was challenged and refund was supposed to be arriving and never did. All e-mails ignored. Take from that what you will!!!!!!

I wish I could put 0. This is a scam company, I’ve had to put a claim in with my bank.

I did call the telephone line to be greeted with the most horrendous person on the other end of the phone with a vile attitude.

Do not purchase this is a scam!

I received an item it wasn't quite what I wanted, but despite sending emails I've had no response.
