If it is coming from Germany and takes a good few days, perhaps it would be worth them managing expectations by telling us this.

Good customer service
I recently ordered the eyelash serum after reading independent clinical reviews in which this product came out on top.
After some misleading communications from the company - I was concerned this was a scam. However Feel1 apologised and allowed me to keep the product and the refund.
Their customer service is responsive. I will up-date further on product effectiveness and reassess my score accordingly!

I placed my order and received an email…
I placed my order and received an email stating that it was approved. 10 minutes later I received an email stating that it did not go through and to complete the order. I was then charged for two orders. Seems like a scam.

I use different products before and they cost more and didnt work for my skin. But when I saw your products online I ask myself let try it and see if it work the first 4 day I start using it i see something changes and it work for my skin. Great products.

Received wrong product
Shipping too forever which Is misleading on the website. And what I got is a temu dupe of an entirely different product. 86$ for 30$ worth of temu product I'll never put on my face. Sad. Ordered this for my wife.
Customer service did reach out with a refund which was nice. I was wholly convinced this was a scam site. I stand corrected, they said they sent the wrong product on accident.

As I'm still using the first one its…
As I'm still using the first one its too early to give a more positive feedback other than the cream makes my face feel better and looks in good condition. I'm not expecting lines and wrinkles to disappear, however I hoping that with continuing the treatment they will fade and with that in mind I have just ordered another pot of the face cream 😉

When I saw that Two separate orders…
When I saw that Two separate orders were charged, I immediately emailed to cancel one of the orders. I received an email that said my response was in a line to be responded and I was to "have patience". 2 days later, I received an email that both orders were automatically shipped, and that I might be able to return them when they arrived. Sending back to EU will cost more than the order. But you know that. This is a scam!!!

When a duplicate order is mistakenly placed and it has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue the appropriate refund. Once an order has already entered the fulfillment and shipping process, however, cancellation may no longer be possible.

I’m really happy with the Beef Tallow…
I’m really happy with the Beef Tallow Cream. I was a little unsure about using tallow on my face at first, but the texture is surprisingly nice and it feels very nourishing without being too greasy. My skin stays soft and moisturized for a long time and feels noticeably better, especially when it’s dry. I also like the simple approach and ingredients. Great product overall and definitely something I’ll continue using.

very happy with the ghk-cu peptide cream
I started with the beef tallow cream 2 months ago but now switched to the ghk-cu copper peptide cream. i like both but i have the feeling the peptide one works a little bit better.
