Poor service, no refund, and no accountability
I do not recommend Getgabs.
I requested a refund because I had several issues with the platform, including translation problems and connection failures. Instead of processing the refund, they kept trying to push me into a call, even after I clearly said I did not have time for calls and only wanted the refund.
After that, there were no real updates for days. The communication was unprofessional and the issue was never properly resolved.
In the end, I had to cancel my card and open a dispute with my bank because I could not get a proper refund response from them.
Very disappointing experience
