We ordered parking barriers because…
We ordered parking barriers because their website promised delivery within 24–48 hours. Now, an entire week has passed and we have still not received our order. We specifically chose this company and placed our order well in advance, as it was crucial for us to receive the barriers within the promised timeframe.
It is extremely difficult to reach them by phone. When we finally managed to get through, they were unable to offer any concrete assistance. They refused to contact the courier service (Overseas – which, had we known they were using, we would not have ordered in the first place) and only provided us with a tracking number. This is highly unprofessional.
Taking the customer’s money while advertising false delivery times and then doing nothing about the delay is both irresponsible and disrespectful. This is the first and definitely the last time we are ordering from this company.
Edit: After approximately six months of use, one of the barriers broke down. Unfortunately, my experience with customer support was extremely negative. When I tried to report the issue and point out the fault, the staff responded in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner – the call was abruptly ended, and the phone line was then disabled.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. Basic principles of professional communication and customer care are clearly lacking, and their post-sale service leaves much to be desired.
