Needed a property I am buying to be surveyed.
The booking process was simple and fast. I had a surveyor organised in a day, and he saw the property we needed assessed in a few days. The report was detailed, with plenty sections, explanations and pictures.
There was a miscommunication in the report, and a bit of information I expected in the report wasn't included. When I called the office, I was taken care of extremelly well, and my question was answered immediately.
So great service, would use them again.

Very quick and good communication

Great communication, super quick - we booked the survey on thursday afternoon, survey was done on Monday at 12 and we had our report back in the afternoon. Very detailed report with a lot of useful and great information. Would 100% recommend.

The report itself is highly detailed, including photographs. The traffic light colour system used and referencing points make the report easy to follow and easy to find a particular section for a quick glance.
I had a query about the report and the surveyor was more than happy to take my call to discuss in more detail which was an added comfort.
