Loads of loans going to buyback, but at least they are acitvely being bought back and the overview/track record seem quite good.

One thing that keeps me from outting more, actually lead to me taking money of the platform, is the horrible state of "software" some days it seems impossible to take loans; they are there, but when trying to put money in there are errors. Some days all works fine, and then sometimes I was unable to qctually purchase any of the listed loans...

The annoyance of it made me withdraw 25% and if next time I cant invest again, I will shorten position again. But if they ever update the processes behind the website, maube add a filter or 2 to the taken investments so they can at least be filtered by due date...then they'd get my 5th star.

Uitstekend platform met sterke rendementen

The app is a complete software joke.

As a new user, I initially thought I just couldn't figure out the interface. After spending a week exploring the app, I realized that the issue is their extremely poor UI/UX.

* Broken filters: The manual investment filters simply do not work.
* Black box investing: It is impossible to open and view the details of any loan. You are basically investing blindly.
* Mission "Find Support": Getting in touch with customer service is a myth. Just for fun – there isn't even an option to find or contact support anywhere within the app itself!

All of this makes the platform look incredibly unreliable. When real money is on the line, "duct-tape and WD-40" software is unacceptable. I can't wait to withdraw my funds and close my account for good!

Zákaznický servis nefunguje.

Dlouhodobě nefungující zákaznický servis , buď dostanete odpověď po opakovaných upomínkách po několika dnech a nebo vůbec! Společnost by si měla uvědomit, že podniká ve finančním sektoru a není možné otázky investoru aktivně řešit!

An und für sich bin ich mit der Plattform insgesamt zufrieden. Die angebotenen Funktionen sowie die Auswahl an Anlagemöglichkeiten sind grundsätzlich überzeugend.

Ein wesentlicher Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die wiederkehrende Überlastung der Server. In vielen Fällen dauert es vergleichsweise lange, bis eine Anlage getätigt oder der Kontostand eingesehen werden kann. Besonders problematisch ist, dass attraktive Anlageangebote während des Buchungsvorgangs teilweise nicht mehr verfügbar sind, da sie in der Zwischenzeit bereits vergriffen sind.

Diese technischen Einschränkungen führen zu einer deutlichen Beeinträchtigung der Nutzererfahrung. In meinem Fall hat das bereits mehrfach dazu geführt, dass ich Gelder abgezogen habe.

Da dieses Problem offenbar seit längerer Zeit besteht, wäre es dringend wünschenswert, hier eine nachhaltige technische Verbesserung umzusetzen.

I have been with Income for nearly two years now and overall my experience has been very good. I'm getting a great level of return on my investment and the process of adding funds has been extremely easy and efficient. There are still some issues though, mainly with website response which can be very slow at times affecting the ability to invest. Hardware capacity is supposedly being addressed at which point I would award a 5 score

I’ve been investing with Income for almost 5 years now, and my experience has been consistently excellent.

The platform strikes a strong balance between attractive returns and a clear focus on investor protection. I’ve been getting an average return of around 12.15%, which I’m very satisfied with! :) Especially given the level of transparency and risk controls they have in place.
Now, what really stood out to me was the opportunity to visit their team in beautiful Tallinn last year. Meeting them in person reinforced my confidence. They are serious, professional, and genuinely committed to safeguarding their investors.
Overall, a platform I trust and plan to continue using.

The most reliable Peer2Peer platform. But... there's no secondary market. And this is a problem, the moment you want the flexibility to move your money around. But if you're fine with having your money stuck in just one place, I couldn't recommend Income Marketplace enough.

Investing more and more with Income since last year.
One of my favorite platforms, as I use over 20 different ones for risk mitigation.
Good yields, no cash drag.

Llevo varios meses invirtiendo en préstamos a través de la plataforma Income Marketplace y, de momento, mi experiencia es muy positiva.

Been investing primarily in ITF Group loans for the past 2+ years. It's been fairly OK thus far with regular payments. There are certain enhancements that are taking longer than desired (intro of secondary market, greater loan originator diversity, Auto Invest capabilities)

I am unable to sign into the app having invested a few quid there I have sent several emails to no avail. Deleted and re-downloaded the app to no avail. At this point not sure what is happening or if my money is safe as heard nothing from anyone.

Update.

Hi there I sent a screenshot of what it says when I try to log in but no responses as of yet from you guys. I also made contact via your “contact us” tab on the website again with no response. The initial email I sent was a response to one of your marketing emails upon which someone responded and said to let them know what it says when I log in to which I sent the screenshot and as of yet haven’t received a response. I am still as of yet unable to log into the app.

Einmal investierte Mittel können nicht vorzeitig am Sekundärmarkt verkauft werden.
Alle Investitionen müssen bis zum Ende liegen bleiben!

Ik had Income toegevoegd aan mijn portofolio vanwege het Juniordeel en de Cashbuffers als extra bescherming. Dus met name voor de veiligheid.
Als je in één keer een paar duizend euro wil inleggen is dit geen goed platform, maar wel als je het beetje voor beetje wil laten groeien zonder veel zorgen over terugbetalingen. De rentes van de lonen vielen me wat tegen, maar het zijn vaak wel al wat gevestigdere bedrijven dan zag ik. De laatste tijd vind ik de keuzes weer wat beter en de rentes hoger. Bij de app werkt de autoinvest goed. Tevens overzichtelijk.
Vervolg...
Nu ik een half jaar verder ben raak ik steeds meer onder de indruk van Income. De ratings van de kredietverstrekkers zijn in het algemeen boven gemiddeld bij p2p. Veel leningen zijn lang maar hebben een early buyback datum van ongeveer een jaar. De rentes zijn hier nu ongeveer het hoogste en toch nog met extra beschermlagen.

Tenslotte ben ik er pas achter dat je niet via de app moet inloggen als je in 1x hogere bedragen wilt investeren en verwacht dat deze via autoinvest direcht mooi verdeeld worden binnen twee dagen of zo.. Bij de app staan meestal elke dag nieuwe leningen van dezelfde kredietverstrekker en zou je in principe een dag of 10 moeten wachten voor het rondje kredietverstrekkers rond is. Als je gewoon inlogt zie je erg veel investeermogelijkheden. Al met al goede ervaringen. De early buyback schijnt goed te werken, maar heb ik nog niet getest. Er was nog geen terugkoop nodig na drie maanden, best bijzonder.

Aangepast 8 jan 2026....sinds kort staan er meer leningen van verschillende kredietverstrekkers er dag.

They offer many loans, but I still experience a huge cash drag. The app is terrible, forgets my auto invest strategies and you cannot view or sort by remaining term (which is the most important feature of a loan IMO!). Filters in manual invest don’t work properly. The manual invest on the website barely works either, gets stuck when you buy a loan. When money is involved, applications and websites should work well or else it’s better t avoid.
