The workstation is a really good size and with the lip and textured surface there is no movement or noise when you use it. Cleans so easily, very hygenic. Customer service with the shop owner is excellent though a little delayed and they are very accomodating. Tracking information is excellent also. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star review is the packaging. It needs more reinforcement especially at the corners to stop the workstation arriving dinged or with a slightly bent corner. Nothing to do with the manufacture but its delivery journey.

I'm not totally liking the Kant Stainless Steel Workstation..Its really doing damage to our knives. We have barely used this board. There are a very few fine lines in the bottom of the cutting board. I am within the days to return. I would very much like to do so. Can you give me a return authorization number. I certainly will appreciate it Tom & Sharon Carter

Board arrived with deep scratches thru the protective membrane and onto the board. Nothing on the transit packaging so this happened post manufacture.
Customer service promised new board and I sent pics then nothing and did not reply to my last email. I can only presume that it wasn’t damaged enough!

I received my KANT cutting board two days ago. I unpacked it and was unsure if the white coating was a peel off type of protective covering or not. I decided to take a chance and peel it off. Absolutely the right choice. The cutting board is at least twice as thick as the Taima ones that I purchased previously. Those scratched from the first time i used them. This KANT cutting board is head and shoulders above those “titanium” boards. I wasted my money with that other company for the last time. To those that left negative reviews because you didn’t receive your order yet, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised like I was when it arrives. My only suggestion to the company is to put instructions in or on the box about peeling the protective covering off of the board. Also, I want to state that I have no affiliation with this company other than my purchase. I was not compensated in any way for this review. Its nice to get a product as advertised!

The concept is nice but I would not recommend this product for the price. Straight out of the box the top right corner was bent. It was also not as thick as advertised. After first use, you could see all the scratches. I’m already looking for a replacement elsewhere. I wish I could upload my pictures so I could give you a visual.

Order not received – delivery promise missed
I placed an order with KANT on 13 September 2026, paying £82.92 by Visa for a KANT Stainless Steel Workstation and Pro Sharpener.
On 14 September, I received an email from KANT explaining that the previous batch had sold out and that my order could take up to 10 additional days to reach me. The email specifically stated that my board was already reserved and that I would receive tracking as soon as it left their warehouse.
That additional 10-day period has now passed, but I have still received neither my order nor a tracking number.
I have contacted KANT to ask for confirmation of dispatch or a refund, but so far I have not received a satisfactory response.
I am therefore very disappointed with the service. I paid for the goods in good faith and have now waited beyond the revised delivery period that KANT itself provided.
At this stage I cannot say whether this is simply a serious fulfilment problem or something more concerning, but I would advise potential customers to be aware of my experience before placing an order.
If KANT resolves this matter, I will update this review accordingly.

Workstation arrived late and was damaged on two corners when unpacked. Sharpener still hasn’t arrived.
Sent a complaint immediately with photos and requested refund, no reply to date !

Nice product it's a good feature in the kitchen and cleans up all of our cutting boards

Bought from a different titanium board company a few weeks ago thinking I was getting this Kant type board (actually unfortunately mistakenly had placed 2 orders !). What first arrived was 2 tiny smooth pieces of smooth metal that are horrible to cut on. I was not impressed and then I was glad I didn't get the Kant board, thinking it would be just a bigger version of horrible. How pleasantly surprised I was when the Kant board actually did arrive (albeit with a tiny fold in the corner due to the stupid packaging) and found that it was exactly what I needed to sit next to the stove. Nice to cut on, easy to wipe clean, and a place to sit hot pans too. The competitor has much to learn.

Not as advertised and thin plate which marks after first cut. No reply from customer services at all. Want to return but no info to do so..z

Scam, haven't even sent my item out. No replies from "customer service " fake reviews on their website. Family member did receive an item which was supposed to be a chopping board but it wasn't anything like what is advertised and worth about £2 if that.

Our cutting board arrived today and it is beautiful and works great!

I ordered 8/11/26 received 9/8/26. The transit information was marginal as it said it will be received “on time”, though I was never given a delivery date!

It was worth the wait, however. Have not used it yet but it’s beautiful and sturdy and meets all of my expectations! Love it!

This product is very well made and functions perfectly in our kitchen.

A total scam! Received board is nothing like advertised! It is considerably thinner, logo is not laser etched, rubber feet that cost $15AU extra are useless as the board is so thin that when feet are underneath it wobbles and bends! Bonus knife sharpener is cheap looking with no branding! When I complained to customer service there was no reply!

So the one-star reviews are obviously fake because I emailed directly multiple times with customer service (about shipment) with swift and personalized responses every time. Beyond that the cutting board looks great on my counter. It is locked in place somehow. I suspect the thin smooth flat surface of the metal aligns 100% with the smooth flat surface of my countertop. It’s not going anywhere. I’m not worried about the effect of the cutting on my knife mostly because I don’t think I have to cut as hard as I usually do on a wood or other surface. Plus I have a knife sharpener. I especially like not worrying about germs and bacteria growing in the board because of embedded food.

While designed in Germany, it’s manufactured in China. Very faint KANT stamped into the lip (not laser cut out like on the website)
‘Free’ knife sharpener is a cheap generic brand.. zero logo/name on it at all. Nothing like what is advertised on the website.
The non slip pads are cheap anti slip chair pads (in Chinese packaging) that are way too thick to attach to the chopping board without causing bowing in the centre of board.
On the plus side, the board arrived safely (took about 2 weeks) was wrapped securely and had a layer of protective plastic around the board to stop scratches while in transit.
Seems sturdy but time will tell. Would I buy again- NO
