This is one of those things that quietly makes life a little better. The water feels cleaner, my scalp isn’t as dry, and installation was easy. A good purchase.

Product worked for first 3 days. Now 3 of the 6 lamps don't work at all. The other 3 must be charged daily. Complete rip off. How do I get a refund?
DON'T BUY OR YOU'LL LOSE YOUR MONEY ALSO.

I would expect that the company would read this and email back with a solution. I guess not.

Product (camera) from day one never worked. They kept charging my credit card after the fact. FRAUD-FRAUD-FRAUD.
Do not purchase anything from this company. Annie Wang has a phone number listed which isn't even hers. It has been registered to another company for over 10 years. FRAUD - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING- They should all be put in JAIL!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I followed a link from a review about fitness trackers for older people to get a gift for my dad. They took my money but never sent anything. Do not buy from them.

The dress looked nothing like the picture. It had no style. I refuse to wear it. I paid over $80 for it!😩

Can’t get a hold of them. Sent numerous emails & they all come back Daimler failure.

Greasy. Feels like Vaseline on my face. Too costly and took a very long time to arrive. Disappointed.

Awful awful compmay! Order took over 6 weeks to arrive, product was not what I ordered at all! And I have frequent notifications from my phone advising they are trying to hack and steal data!

I ordered a dress and kept asking the customer service when it would arrive. They strung me along for months and even sent me a fake tracking number. I never got a dress. I paid over 89$ and feel so dumb that I didn’t look here first to realize they are a scam.

Wish I could give zero stars. Curl product is a fake, drop shipped “colour wow” product. Took over a month to arrive. Currently in a dispute to get my money back. Total scam company and the product is no longer on their website.

Einzig die rasche Lieferung hat geklappt. Hingegen war der Artikel nicht 10 % des Kaufpreises wert und wurde rasch entsorgt, damit der Ärger aufhört. Diese Ware ist selbst für einen asiatischen Hersteller den grössten Schrott. Schade.

Product was definitely fake compared bottle and packaging with original and definite obvious differences. Unsure of contents looked like water. Do not trust this site which is based in China.

Bought 2 wow curly products. Long delivery time. Arrived leaking & absolutely rubbish as just water! DO NOT BUY from them. Totally scammed here.

This is the email I wrote to the company:
I placed my order on July 30th and was advised the following day that it had been shipped. On August 11th, I then received an email apologising for a delay and assuring me that my order would arrive shortly. However, on the 18th August I had been informed once again that the order has only just been dispatched.

This inconsistency in communication and failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable. Furthermore, the offer of a 15% refund does not adequately address the inconvenience caused or the lack of professionalism demonstrated throughout this process. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and appropriately.

I purchased the wow curl spray. It took weeks to arrive after many emails to them. When it eventually arrived, the bottle top was loose and half of the spray had leaked out into the packaging. I emailed again but no reply this time. I also wonder if the product itself is just water. It has no smell or texture to it at all.

Order ni #12456. Poduct received damaged reported to Lumina they agreed to send replacement item, never received it, sent several emails to support team not replying anymore.
£24.44 lost, not a happy customer will not use again.

Absolutely horrible product. I bought a WOW product which was useless. Don't buy anything from them.
