Gareth was excellent both in terms of advice and customer service. We purchased a couple of Blackfish paddles which were dispatched to us promptly and we are delighted with them. We will definitely purchase again from Get On The Water.

After a few days from purchase I chased…
After a few days from purchase I chased to find out when I may expect to receive my item to be told in email it’s not in stock and they are waiting for supplies from Europe.
I’ve phoned and left a voicemail mail, I’ve also replied to the email and 2 days later still no response. I would not have purchased my item had I of known I wouldn’t have it any time soon.

Thank you for your order and apologies for the delay in coming back to you.
Jobe have had to stock a warehouse in the UK due to the difficulty of getting goods quickly in to the UK post Brexit.
As a result the stock levels have been reporting incorrectly – we are working hard to fix this – but unfortunately sometimes a few items do take longer to arrive than we’d hoped.
I'm just waiting for an update on the shoes you have ordered with a hope that I can get a pair in quickly so that you have them to take on holiday.

Ordered a towel changing robe as they are really good value from this company. Had a much appreciated email from Katie explaining that staff were away and my order would be delayed. Having said that my order arrived within two days of the revised date, very impressed. Will certainly recommend you guys to family and friends and will use again.

Great product , great price
Great product , bought for my son who plays rugby for when he is standing on the sidelines. It is half the cost of other dry robes .

Thank you get on the water for having stock of quality sup fins . Changing fin for conditions can make you quicker and get more out of each race. Fins can improve the ride of everything from all round, touring and race, but not many retailers provide them.
