GetProspect is very helpful tool for finding emails and building lead list fast. The Chrome extension makes it easy to pull contact info from LinkedIn and add to my database and exporting is list is also simple. It saves me a lot of time compared to doing it manually.

Overall its a good tool, has helped me find emails for prospects.

This is the easiest tool to search information I need, and the amount of information I can get is more for what I paid than other companies.

Rude, rude rude!!! They declined to service me and this was their response when I asked why.

"We do not disclose the criteria of the review due to security reasons. The decision is final."

What is that crap? Never in my life has someone declined to take money. These people must be doing something illegal.

A racist company refused their service coz my surname sounded too russian to them (replied they do not provide service to russian customers), however same russian surnames are among their team members. I run a UK company since 2011 and live in UK much more, I work with Ukrainians a lot and never faced this attitude. Poor KYC and absolutely non professional approach. So I assume the service is also that poor. This is not a financial institution - this is like going to grocery store and not being served due to skin colour, or nose shape etc.

Signed up to try it. Decided to upgrade. As part of the upgrade they needed to verify my LinkedIn.
1 week - no updates. Sent a few messages via their LICE chat, a few emails. At the same time they kept bombarding me with their automated emails from sales teams. On each email I replied with the issues of account verification.
One sale person eventually got back to me saying: "We do not provide services to Russian customers. The account will not be approved for payment. The decision is final."
The funny part is that I'm actually British and have been living in the UK for 15+ years but I do have Russian roots, as well as Ukrainian as I have families on both sides.
I find it simply ridiculous!

Great idea, and I want this to work. But deadends in the UI that lead to a lot of confusion and stalled productivity.

Wasn't impressed by the fact that I had tried to bring faults in their system to their attention only to have my comments ignored and the agent seemed intent on making me feel dumb for not know how their rules worked. Even though they clearly just weren't working and were poorly communicated through their UI to begin with.

For example, I had a limit of 20000 prospect saves - which is not clearly communicated in their pricing structure before purchase. Saving them counts toward your credit use (also a suprise).

I had built a list of 20000 companies and tried saving them. Not only is there no way of knowing which tag they fell under when I finally found the list, but the UI kept telling me that I was still thousands of saves under the save quota.

Leaving me uncertain whether or not my companies had even been saved.

There was no indicator of the Company quota being part of our Prospect quota, or any message that the cap had been reached.

These details have been steamrolled by customer service, who seemed to try to make a fool of me when I brought up the fact that the "X" button wasn't working over their lengthly "saved" indicator whose timer you have to sit through before accessing the buttons beneath it, stalling progress.

His response was to send me a screen shot with red arrows pointing to the "X" button.

I'm pretty sure I've just wasted $100 just to be confused and mildly gaslit.

I am editing my review due to improvements. Ther CS improved.

best data collection tool ever. Cheapest too!
