Ordered some Funkos from here and they arrived in 2 days, packaged super securely and even came with some sweets. Will definitely be ordering from here again, such great service !

Well it's a shame I have to leave this review, I've used this company on several occasions and have always had a good experience with them, untill now! Totally let down by them, their customer service is not good at all, ordered three items from them which should have arrived by now but not even shipped, when I asked what the problem was they said they are holding one item and are waiting for the other two to arrive even though their website says the stock was available October 21st, so I said well can you ship me the one item as I have already paid postage, they said no you would need to pay extra shipping for that item, so now I have no items for my partners bday, you'd think they would ship me the one item and wave the delivery fee?? It's called looking after your customers, needless to say I won't be ordering again and I'm going to cancel my items and get a refund....

As you can see from their sarcastic reply their customer service is very poor and petty, I paid a certain amount to get free postage and the items that weren't in stock should have been in stock according to your website lol, nice try though

So they've now they've updated their response because my answer made them look silly, they originally said that they gave me free postage which they didn't lol, when you spend over a certain amount u qualify for free postage, I honestly cannot believe how petty this company are, I think their customer service representative Katie needs some serious training

No.1 one stop shop for loungefly, pops, comics and more! Been a customer to GRC for about a year now and I've never been let down by them. The customer service level is extraordinary and the lengths they go to in order to provide this is great. Shipping is always fast and if you're local to Rochester a visit to the store is a must

Great place, i could spend hours in this shop browsing and also spend more money than i can afford. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The prices are fair and it's great having a local comic shop. All my orders have been fulfilled, the occasional delay but that is out of their control.

Excellent service. I have been struggling for weeks to find a collection of comics I really wanted, and stumbled upon this company on google. They had the comic. Excellent customer service (I ordered for click and collect by accident and when I let them know they replied immediately on how I could correct the problem). I placed the order at 8pm on Monday night, it was dispatched at 6:30am Tuesday morning and was with me by 2pm on Wednesday afternoon. Absolutely faultless service. Will definitely be ordering again.

Amazing company, some of the best customer service around, super speedy shipping but best of all is the packaging! They always go that extra mile with co-ordinating tissue papers, sweets and gifts.

Excellent service. Received my comic (that was sold out almost everywhere) 2 days after order. Very impressed, great service. I love the extra special touches, my comic was very well wrapped for the delivery to ensure no damage. Plus sweeties! Will most definitely order again!

Hands down the best and our favourite Loungefly stockist. Paul & GRC's customer service are fantastic and so helpful, and every order we've made has been well packed, quickly shipped and even had thoughtful extras/sweets. We hope to visit in person one day!

J’ai effectuée ma commande en février (19 février 2021)et au jour d’aujourd’hui ,je n’ai toujours rien reçue !
Le service client se rabat derrière le fait que le transporteur n’a pas encore appliqué les taxes complémentaires au colis qui est toujours actuellement en France .Maintenant ils m’annoncent que c’est à moi de contacter GLS afin d’être livrée alors que je ne dispose d’aucune référence pour le transporteur français mais seulement celle de « Parcel Force Worldwide »transporteur local .

Il sont très rapide pour ce qui est d’encaisser les achats mais pour ce qui est de s’assurer que les clients ont bien été livrés c’est loin d’être garanti .

En tout cas c’est la première et dernière fois .
