Your order was dispatched within the timeframe provided at checkout. We’ve also reviewed our communication channels, and aside from your WhatsApp message asking about the status of your order two days ago, we weren’t able to locate any other contact attempts.
We offer support via email reply to any of our emails, WhatsApp, and also Messaging through our website, and we’re always happy to help if you need an update or have any concerns.

Quick, simple and very convenient

The payment plan with Clearpay is very useful and quick to set up. The whole process was smooth and easy to follow, and the online tracking worked really well. Everything was clear and efficient from start to finish.

What I liked most is that there were no phone calls needed and no time wasted. It’s all done online, fast and straightforward.
I would definitely use it again.

I ordered my reg on 3/3/26 I still did not receive my order over a week later when trying to get in touch with this company I had snotty replies and because I challenged this they have blamed me and cancelled my order. Do not use this company.

The customer confirmed that incorrect information had been provided when they ordered. During the week we attempted to contact them via live chat and email to resolve the issue, however we did not receive a response.
Once the customer did get back in touch, we assisted in correcting the information and progressed the order accordingly. However despite this, a 1-star review was immediately left after we had already provided evidence of our attempts to contact and assist.
While we respect every customer’s right to leave a review, in this instance we have decided to cancel the order and not proceed further.

Great service

Great service, kept upto date with every step and has been stress free. New plates were on my car in under a week.

A hassle free experience from start to finish from ordering my plates to receiving them and always an email to tell me of any updates a wonderful set of plates now fitted to the car and they look brilliant thank you for the great 5 star service many thanks audrey
