Fantastic service. This company have a real "family run" style, all in together. I always feel looked after. I was lucky to ring when they had an engineer in the area, 30 minutes later a new outside tap, brilliant.

Gas Boiler Service.

A very thorough service and inspection of the boiler, pressure tank and safety items. The latter revealed a carbon monoxide alarm in the boiler room was not working.

As the house is a new build, the developer's electrician remedied this.

Routine boiler service and repair of radiator thermostatic valve. Work carried out efficiently and personably by Lewis

Active have sorted out a number of plumbing problems in the house, most recently recommission a solar hot water system after major roof works. Excellent work.

Brought forward an appointment as I had an emergency. Ciaran couldnt have been more helpful and efficient. The office staff were very helpful too. I was worried that once Alan retired the Company would go downhill and not provide such a good service. Didnt need to worry, all excellent. Here’s to another 30 years.
