Обычный добросовестный агрегатор, по крайней мере в моем случае. Из плюсов отмечу возможность общения через Телеграм и бронирования без кредитной карты, что для нас сейчас актуально. Что бронировал, то и получил. Прокатчик тоже был отличным.

Мы бронировали маленький Фиат , но на месте передумали и решили взять машинку помощнее и с автомат коробкой. Без проблем поменяли , все быстро, четко и дружелюбно! Проехали по Италии 500км и все было четко , удобно и с комфортом

Scummers. They sell rental service and do not take responsibility for quality. Just take their commission and give you car owner number.
Often overpriced. Often owner ask you to pay more than you booked. Some owners do not return deposit and site support say to solve your problem yourself. They are just market place with fake reviews.

Timely delivery. Excellent value for money. The owner came to pick up the car on time. Great service.

By using this application. I able to get lower price rental car compare to direct approach car rental agent. Owner also know they are monitored and tracked, which made them being genuine and honest with us. Getrentacar manager or in charge person helped me alot through out the booking and finalize it.

We had great experience with Getrentacar in France. Easy to book and communicate, super quick response from support service, flexible payment (in cash or by credit card), the car was in a good condition. We drove around 2 500 km across all the country without any problems. Everything was exactly according to our agreements and expectations. We surely recommend this service.

All was great! We set all the paperwork well before with the car owner Alessandro. Later Alessandro was so kind to bring our car directly to our hotel in Milano freeing us from the need to trip to Malpensa. Car was 3 years old, clean and fine. Return process was simple - we just arrived at the departure floor at Malpensa where Alessandro took a car back. Great experience with Getrentacar!
