Disinterested in Fraud

Never heard of this mob until I began receiving emails regarding an account in my name/email address that has been opened fraudulently.

I have tried to contact them repeatedly, including using a deeply hidden telephone number which, surprise surprise, was unmanned during business hours on a Friday.

SBK is clearly a profit making black hole and I am looking forward to hearing what the Gambling Commission has to say about them.

UPDATE
I find it interesting that the company only showed the slightest interest after I posted my negative review.
Others can now judge.

Basically if you do a bet with this crowd you have to read every term and condition as they differ from every other bookies, if you back on player market don't do it until you see the teamsheet so you can't do accum over the day as they don't void the bet if player doesn't start but comes on with 1 mins to go.Not very good that they'd rather lose a customer than pay out 100€ bet?

another joke of a company

another joke of a company. won a decent sized bet. after 2 years all of a sudden got a review of my account. give them loads of things that they asked for over 2-3 months while they suspended my account. now they want other peoples bank statements that have sent me money. what a joke and basically said if i don’t send somebody else’s bank statement i can’t access my account.
takes weeks to reply to emails.

avoid these idiots.

just await a reply to this with some rubbish ‘i’m sorry bla bla bla’

Just and update about my earlier review for this disgraceful site. They replied here to make themselves look good even though they never reply to emails including an 8 week deadline complaint they didn't bother replying to, but I was then sent an email by trustpilot that SBK wanted me to fill out a form. I done this and again after 2 months now, still no reply. There's no way I believe this company doesn't have the personnel to reply to complaints especially when it's a regulatory rule. Either there are a lot fo customers complaining and they can't keep up or they just don't even care. Wouldn't surprise me, worst site I've ever bet at!
Edit - Again, to the SBK agent who only replies here: Do you not read my review properly? I've already done that , you sent me a form direct to fill out with the same title you wrote here and still you don't reply! I've read a lot of reviews about SBK here and on other revuew sites and forums and I've seen a lot say the same!

It’s an awful app they don’t respond to any emails at all, the verification page doesn’t work at all and then you’re stuck. Check the other reviews!I can guaruntee they will reply to this saying oooo email us at blablabla which I have and they don’t answer at all! if the company actually fancies to reply I won’t take this further up. SHOCKING SERVICE

Now 1 week on from my original review. Still unable to log in to my account. I have received an email back stating my account is now accessible, but it is still showing suspended when I try to log in. Any attempt to contact customer service is met with a generic email, stating they will look into the issue as soon as possible. Almost 2 weeks on from sending in documents and still nothing. Money is being held hostage, will be contacting IBAS to raise an issue as this process is outrageous. AVOID this company at all costs !

SHOCKING SITE!

SWINDLERS! They don't give you free bet,even though you press all the opt ins. And the software! Its like playing on one of them commodore video games from the 80s. You've literal7ly got to TRY and put your bet on 10 mins before race or the match,because that's how long it takes to get it on. Utter 10 bob outfit who really don't know what they're doing. DO NOT USE!
P.S In reply to the response from SBK below. I'd rather juggle edge hogs than deal with your inept(Jonathan) staff,who rather than reply to my question direct,sent me an email with the rules etc. Terrible customer service from a shockingly terrible company. #LOST CUSTOMER.

I have been a customer with SBK for…

I have been a customer with SBK for multiple years and everything has been fine, until I won 3.3k off £700.
Before the game kicked off which i had won the bets on I got suspended and couldn’t log back into my account, Iv tried to call the customer service number and the phone lines don’t work. Iv tried to speak to live chat but you can’t without being logged in, and they are not responding to my emails and it’s been a week.

They have emailed me after 2 days saying I had been suspended due to verification checks which is clearly a load of crap as they never asked this for the years Iv bet with them, but only now Iv won a bit.

After providing the documents they have asked me for it’s been a week and I’m still not back into my account and they still haven’t responded to me.

If you’re going to suspend someone’s account and not give them access to it until documents have been sent, then do your job and verify them or even reply to give a time frame.

Poor customer service if any, and poor bookie to suspend accounts to try and make it difficult to get your own winnings out.

They say the house always wins but it shouldn’t be like this

STOLE MY DEPOSIT

My account was suspended a week ago, SBK asked for documents to verify my account, I sent them by email on the day of suspension. They responded by email saying I should be verified within 48 hours. It has been a week and no further response, I've sent multiple follow up emails and have had no reply. I can't access my deposit or account balance either.

Location: Our geolocation check couldn't confirm you are in a licensed area.

My account got automatically verified…

My account got automatically verified and I thought happy days i can finally place a few bets. However as soon as i deposit my £100, they suspend my account for verification. Once again I think no issues, so i send over the required documents to the email that was sent to me. 1 day, 2 days, 3 days no reply… So i send over yet another email with the required documents. SILENCE. WORST SITE EVER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will I ever get my money back probably not, will I ever get a response back to my multiple emails i sent over, probably not either.

IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY BET AND NOT JUST LOSE MONEY FOR DEPOSITING, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND STICK TO THE REGULAR ONES

They let you deposit money and place a bet before suspending your account due to account verification. I’ve sent all my required documents a not heard a peep from them, so quick to suspend your account yet can’t reply to a email sent immediately after. So I have £30 in my account that I cannot access. Customer support doesn’t reply to your emails either.

Multiple issues with this site

Multiple issues with this site and can I start with the live chat. Honestly they are pointless being there as they constantly tell you that they cant help, they need managers to do everything. Bet issues need managers, complaints need managers, technical issues need managers. The live chat is pathetic and useless.

Secondly, they settled one of my bets as a winner, then changed there mind, and told me that it was an accident and infact one of my selections was a loser, even though the had settled all selections on the bet as winners, I sent them proof of this, they told me to send the evidence over to an email and they will look at it, this was 5 weeks ago, ive never known a site more useless than this place, I mean this, AVOID at all costs it isn't worth it.
