Disgraceful company
This company is a fraud.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered one pair of socks for 15.95 USD and they stole
100.86 USD from my PayPal account.
I am still trying to get a Return and Refund form from them to return the parcel of 8 socks that I did not order.
UPDATE. - SoothRelieve have now told me that they will NOT issue me with the return and refund paperwork I need to return the socks.
Their reason - because I also reported their appalling behaviour to PayPal.
SOOTH RELIEVE are definitely to be avoided

The company are lying. In saying they cannot find my order details is proof of their degraceful behaviour. Of course they have my order . Why would 8 pairs of socks arrive in my post?
My warning is clear.
DO NOT BUY FROM SOOTH RELIEVE.

Reduced morning pain from muscle spams caused by drop foot. Easy on/off with limited reach due to back surgery. Provides gentle massage when walking around home without shoes. Good product. Easy care.

This company preys on the vulnerable
I ordered one pair of socks but received a confirmation by email for eight pairs . I contacted SootheRelief within an hour of placing my order and was informed that the order could not be changed and I would not receive a refund because the order had already been shipped.
Their policy states that no adjustments or refunds can be applied after 12 hours of placing the order. I called them within one hour.
I am 84 years old and live on a small fixed income. I cannot afford to pay over $100 for socks. Based on the number of similar complaints sent to TrustPilot, BBB and online outlets, many people have been deceived by this miserable company and its fraudulent business practice .

Ordered 1 pair of socks
Ordered 1 pair of socks. Mu debit card was charged $60.91. 7 pairs were delivered, which did not fit. Debit card was charged an additional charge of $39.95. was added. My bank contacted the company was told the charge was for a "subscription". $39.95 was refunded. I have been trying to get a return authorized since January 11th for the socks. The only response to my emails is "what can we help you with". My bank said to return the socks, if refund is not given, they will refund. I cannot get a human calling the phone number on the website or calling the number my bank used. I have reported this to the BBB, as well. BEWARE OF GetSoothRelieve!!!!!

Don’t try to wear them too long the first day.
As soon as I received my compression hose I put them on for a while. I increased my time a little each day as the pain eased, until the pain has almost gone. They are a lifesaver.

To start with, I only ordered one pair and was sent six pair. I am not happy about that. Other than that I am not convinced that the compression socks did all that much to improve the way my leg feels. I was hoping for better.

Need to consider show size, I'm a size 13 and large sock too small. Looks like a fantastic product and am excited too see if can get the larger sized socks!

Do not trust this Company! I ordered 1 pair of socks and they billed me for 5. Within 24 hours I cancelled the order not trusting them and they said they cannot cancel. Product coming from China per shipping instructions. Buyers Beware!

Avoid this company and website. They are manipulative cheats and scam you from your money. So dishonest.
Basically the same feed back as so many other reviews. I ordered 2 pair, it go changed through website deception to 6 pair. Then biiled many times the original amount.
I went to immediately cancel before order processing or shipment but got fobbed off with .... Please complete the online form...... Then please reply using your original email..... then obviously "we have processed your order".
Lots of automated "warm regards" emails and other BS. Not sure how these people sleep at night

I dislike the web site and the inability to modify or cancel an order that’s not what I want
I have since received your offer 50% refund on the merchandise I didn’t want
Based on the fact I’m out the other 50%(my cost) for something I didn’t not want,

Do not order these things they called pressure relief socks. PURE GARBAGE 👎👎👎 it will take a long time to get them and when you do you will be extremely disappointed material made of cheap Plastics
