I Purchased a previously owned iPhone…
I Purchased a previously owned iPhone XS from GetTech last September. I had been considering for a while changing from my Android to avoid the hassle of spam and efforts by my service provider to sign up to their systems I did not want. I was also concerned about security. Also I had been told getting used to a new operating system could be difficult. Online I found GetTech and was impressed by their site and offerings. The iPhone I chose was reasonably priced, has 256GB, a clear silicone case and screen protector. I received it in a few days and it was like new. Found it easy to get used to and it has a addressed all my concerns.

Delighted highly recommend
Delighted with my iPad. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Customer service helped me pick out the right one for me (as someone not so tech advanced) 😂 I couldn't fault the service 10/10
reading other reviews I can't believe people don't have the cop on to know that if you are responsible smashing you're phone you have to pay for a repair!!! to anyone reading them, please ignore!!!

Great service
Have been dealing with GetTech fo3 3 years and they have always provided a great service. Phones delivered on time in great condition. On two occasions there have been problems with the phone provided and GetTech put a lot of effort in each time to make sure the pissues were reserved. Would highly reccomend GetTech to anyone buying a second hand phone.

Bought an iPhone 7 and it stopped…
Bought an iPhone 7 and it stopped working (camera and headphone jack) after 2 months. Sent it back to warranty and they sent back…the same phone. Will have to send it back again hoping for the best. There are other companies out there such as swappy that seems much better. Avoid Gettech…

Mobile not fully functional
Had problems with two phones from them could have just been unlucky but probably better to just get a new phone.
they offerd a free otterbox case if I consider taking down this review.

We did not receive a response to our email. However, we did look into the two orders on file.
You returned the first device, an iPhone 7 plus, however the team could not recreate the issue you described. A replacement device was offered however you stated that you wanted to purchase a newer model instead, and the order was refunded.
Your second device was purchased via eBay and no faults were found upon return, after multiple rounds of testing. We offered an upgraded replacement device as a goodwill gesture, which you declined and this order was also refunded.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused in these cases, however it seems that each was resolved to your satisfaction. If we can be of any help, do feel free to reach out to us - our dedicated team is happy to help.
