Absolutely shocking I’ve used this company for a year and now they’ve taken the money with no response no one answers emails or phone calls!!!! You’ll be throwing money away

Had to open a charge back dispute and won it. As they have had my money for a month in a half. Got one email from them then waited another 2 weeks. Sent 2 emails wait another 2 weeks and nothing.

So i won't be using them again.

Great pharmacy and customer service goes above and beyond. Trustworthy, reliable, 10/10.

I ordered from here over 2 weeks ago, had my ID verified, and it still just says processing. Iv tried emailing and calling but not answers to either. Quick enough to take your money though :) please don’t buy from here

Have used weightless many times before, mostly positive although sometimes delivery can be slow. This most recent time, though, I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks. Had a couple of emails from them apologising for delay and the last email said they’d contact me by midday that day. They did not contact me and then I’ve since emailed them and had no response. No contact from them now for 10 days. This is very stressful and very annoying to have to deal with. They take your money but then say they’re having stock issues……….

Appalling experience with “weightless.”
Ordered my medication a while ago and still haven’t received it, contacted multiple times via email and have been repeatedly told that that stock was delivered late or that the stock ran out etc. Potential scam and enough to cause concern. Save yourself and please go to a supplier that values customers.
Not too sure if I’m going to receive my medication, but I do know that I’m missing jab day! Please read reviews or do your research before purchasing from here.

No support from customer service. Took my payment and ignored phone calls and emails and messages. Very poor company to deal with.

If I had seen these reviews first I would not have ordered. However, I saw this company on - what is supposed to be - a regulated comparison site - so had no reason to believe they would be a scam.

Quick to take money. Submitted my i.d and photos and Then NOTHING. Eventually i got An email saying they were having issues and would I like to keep my order or refund. I opted for refund, as in the time I had been waiting I ordered from another company and had already received my order. A week later a random parcel arrives and it’s the wegovy. Despite me asking for a refund. I called the company and for the first time I actually spoke to someone on the phone (it usually just rings off and asks you to leave a voicemail.. call isn’t returned) they apologised and said they would action a refund and arrange a collect. This never happened. Weeks later I finally got a reply saying a courier was booked for later that day to collect item. They never arrived. This has been ongoing since Feb. Went to my bank in the end to seek a refund and they are still investigating - they have been equally as poor. So no refund just a pen I cannot use. If you see these reviews and still order then more fool you.

First time ordering from them, did so as a few people had recommended them. Disappointed is an understatement! I placed my order and paid in full 22nd May ( its now 3rd june)
Ive sent numerous emails, phoned countless times leaving vmails and havnt heard a peep from them. I want my money back but can't get in contact with anyone to do so! Disgusted should've stuck with another supplier/pharmacy. AVOID!

Ordered on 14th May and still waiting for my refund. Fobbed off with several excuses, reviewing, high demand, low stock etc. I'm still waiting on my full money refund after several emails back and forth. I've used a number of different suppliers over the last 2 years and picked these for their competitive prices. PLEASE DO NOT USE!

Still waiting on my order of mounjaro being approved after over a week of paying . I've tried calling , which is going on to an automated answering service , emailing and submitting a contact form but not getting a response. Other companies I've bought from have been much more efficient and dispatch within 2 days of ordering. Will not order from here again

I'll be honest, I chose weightless due to them being competitive on price, I'd seen the comments about there being some issues but also took note of the responses from weightless apologising and that these had now been rectified. Well THEY HAVEN'T!! I've been on there live chat, you get no response, I've called in excess of 30 times, you just get an automated message stating no one is available. My order has been stuck for over a week in processing and awaiting to be dispatched. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement, take you money quick enough but zero commitment to delivery

First order was a smooth experience and customer service team are quick to help.

The company was very efficient and quick at delivery I have used these for many months now and the prices are the most reasonable I have used

Been using weightless for around 7 months now. One small issue with one order but this was corrected straight away. I have had no issues again. Order new pen and its received a few days later.

Terrible...had no contact to my phone messages left or emails chasing up my injection. I ordered 4 weeks ago & now without a pen & £155 down...please respond!
