No communication about order delays until a week after ordering. Emailed to say they’re delayed and to reply to the email if a refund was preferred. I’ve messaged them and now replied to this email saying I want a refund and this isn’t being done. Don’t go with this company.

I ordered my first pen 15 days and no sign of the order and took my payment of £124.99. I complained to my bank as potential fraudulent activity very similar to the other comments on here. No contact and no pen. I went on the chat and told them id be applying for a bank recharge and finally got an email cancelling the order sending a refund

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. I placed an order and paid for a Mounjaro pen, but the medication has not been delivered.
They were very quick to take the payment through Stripe, but after that there was no communication. Since making the purchase, I have tried to contact them several times. Their phone lines are always closed, and none of my emails have received a reply. There seems to be no proper communication or customer support.
Because of this situation, I may now miss my scheduled Mounjaro injection. I trusted this provider when I placed my order, but the lack of response and support has been very disappointing.
If the company finally sends the Mounjaro pen or issues a refund, I would be willing to update this review. Until then, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and research the company carefully before placing an order.

Ordered pen but no delivery after 2 weeks and no response from support. Looked more into the business and it appears to be a scam front.

I placed an order on 21st February and have had no response to my calls or emails regarding my missing order!
I am now 10 days without my medication due to the slow process of Weightless and severe lack of communication from them. I am starting to think the company are scammers!!
They took my money instantly and I will be seeking a refund immediately.

The most difficult company I have ever come across to get in contact with. Phone is constantly off/asks to leave VM and they never get back to you. Constant emails get ignored. This is the second pen I’ve ordered when I was reassured it would be quicker due to not needing to go through the whole process and still not updates almost 2 weeks later and cannot contact them to follow up. DO NOT RECCOMEND

I placed an order nine days ago and have not received any confirmation of dispatch, update, or response of any kind. I have sent three separate emails and made multiple phone calls, all of which have gone unanswered. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable.

Payment was taken immediately, yet there has been no indication that my order has even been processed. At this point, the silence and failure to respond raise serious concerns about the legitimacy and professionalism of this company.

Thankfully, I paid using Mastercard and have now asked them to investigate the transaction. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be submitting formal complaints to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

I strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company. Taking customers’ money without fulfilling orders or responding to correspondence is not acceptable business practice.

I will update this review if the company chooses to resolve the issue.

They have been great until my last order, almost 2 weeks ago. I've paid - and nothing. Tried to call, send a couple of emails - nothing. Very frustrating, already looking for another supplier. But I want my money back! If they have problems with stock, are have gone bust - they should let the customers know.

I am writing again regarding my order, which has still not been dispatched. It has now been two full weeks, and the medication has still not been sent. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I ordered my Monjaro 24/02/26 26th of February I had filled out all the details prescriptions pictures It sed it will take 24-48 hours we're on the 3rd of march I've received nothing everything still under review I've emailed submitted 5 query forms no communication I'm still waiting for my Monjaro

Only a 2 star because they responded the first week of issues. Ordered some medication for the first time, was told there were delays with orders but unable to give an exact date time/was offered a refund at the time, agreed to wait another week as I could afford to wait to be patient… since then another week had gone by with no response to emails and still no medication. I will be sure to get my refund but won’t be using them again that’s for sure

Placed an order 7 days ago, money was taken straight away and since then I’ve had no updates. Have tried to contact the company multiple times with absolutely no response from them. Phone lines don’t connect, they do not reply to emails or messages sent via the website. Have now asked for a full refund and it will be getting escalated further.

I am currently trying to get a refund on a Mounjaro order placed on 29th January. Today is 9 February and I have had no response to emails, phone calls or web chat. Money is taken on the day of assessment - appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs - I will be escalating their service standards to the General Pharmaceutical Council. If you are experiencing similar problems you should do the same - their GPHC number is 2213254. Update I finally got a response and the parcel was sent. Haven’t used it yet so can’t comment on quality of product. They were apologetic about long delay but that was it.

Took my money and no delivery 8 days later. Admitted they were expecting a delivery today (wasn’t communicated to me at point of sale) but never materialised. Missed my injection date and it’s very unlikely a new supplier will agree to this dose now . Not happy.

😡😡😡Absolutely shocking customer service from this ‘company’ and I use that term lightly. I placed an order for an mounjaro pen 3 weeks ago!! money was taken straight away but no sign off my order! No replies to emails and nobody ever answers the phone. I’ve never experienced anything as bad and i’ve used many providers. these scammers take your money and don’t post your order. AVOID!!! “Weightless” obviously can not cope with the large amount of orders to fulfil them. I wouldn’t be suprised if the good reviews on here are legitimate. Completely disgusted 😡😡

Scam company. Ordered Mounjaro 2 weeks ago. Said out of stock but still nothing and now unable to get a refund. Awful customer service. Avoid!
