I can't even give it 1 star. You would need the actual product to give that. Placed the order with no update for days, tried calling, emailing with no reply. Bare in mind they took.the money straight away. When I did actually hear off them. They said they couldnt give me a time scale of when it would be sent.

I would avoid, I have used better companies.

Ordered on 29th and heard nothing frm them about my order other than a confirmation. They’ve taken my money though! I’ve emailed them and messaged them via their website but zero response, not even an automated reply. Not at all impressed with the complete lack of customer service on display.

Absolutely amazing company! The best I’ve cone across, virtually immediate response to emails. So helpful!! Girls if you’ve already lost weight with other companies and you need to change providers this is the one for you! Can’t fault them 10/10

Every thing was fine, till I cancelled my auto pay. I payed for a 3 month RX. I got my meds in a timely manner. I spoke with the care team, my questions were answered via text, which is fine with me. But once I started reading about how they continue to charge your credit card, I called and canceled my auto pay. That’s when all Communication stopped. I was only into my meds one month and no longer got any guidance. Even though I already paid for a 3 month subscription. I will be going to a different company, for my next 3 months.

Absolutely terrible service, I havr had nothing but trouble with this company since May, they take your order and money and you wait weeks for you delivery, they then make contact with you offering a discount, then it happens again, they do not have the stock when taking your money, but no update of waiting for stock. Ishmal is very good at offering you the world. They have 1 star, as I cant give 0 stars.

Ishmal took my call when I queried delivery. She was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. She kindly forwarded on the delivery details via email after the call. Ishmal was unable to send to the email she had on the system for me and went above and beyond when she realised the email was not in use and called me back to update the records. I really appreciated this and wanted to thank her by leaving a review. Great service.

Noor was very helpful and insightful on our session and taught me a lot about protein intake and making small tweaks to my diet for a healthy weightloss!
