I didn't know of this company and was directed to them for my weight loss medication. Not only did they have stock (many other places now have backlogs) but after a quick questionnaire, a few safety checks, we were good to go. I ordered on Sunday evening, was sent a checklist to fulfil on Monday morning and my delivery came Tuesday morning at 8am - you don't get better service than that!

When I placed my first order and submitted my photo and documents, I didn't hear anything for quite a while. I then received a phone call from a lovely lady who informed me that they had received hundreds of orders and were trying to catch up with the backlog. I also received an email stating that I would receive a free gift with my first delivery as well as £20 off my next two orders. When I received the order, it was wrapped in half a wool sheet, with a nearly defrosted icepack, strapped with brown tape and thrown in a too big box - definitely not the packaging I was expecting. There also wasn't a gift included. Upon ordering my second pen, I didn't get the £20 off my order, but it did arrive the next day - once again in substandard packaging. I will still order and I'm hoping that the packaging issue will soon be resolved and I will receive the credit I was promised.

Although on my first order there was a delay but I had an email to reassure me and as soon as it was cleared I had my delivery within 24 hours so to be fair I was really happy with the service and communication was great . My second was about 4 days and third deliveries were superb within 48 hours no complaints or problems so very happy

My experience was great because the communication between us was smooth. I placed an order on Monday and I received my order on Wednesday. I went with Weightless because the price was reasonable. I will recommend it. I will only suggest that they use two ice pack bags.
