I have had such great experience with this company, the delivery is so fast! I order and it comes the next day which is great! The customer service is the best, they respond very fast and help with any queries. I especially want to thank Schuwaz Shaikh for being such a great help to me.

POTENTIAL SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Placed an order on 26th June 2025, providing all requested evidence at the time of order. Then chased the order a week later to be told I had to provide pictures before they would complete my prescription. I replied with my order number and info of when I submitted the pictures. Now on 8th September and I still can’t get in touch with the company (despite them sending me numerous marketing emails since!) and still don’t have the medication or a refund. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and recover the funds.

I called with an order query and my first surprise, was the phone was answered straight away. No "press this" then "press that" or being held in a queue waiting for someone to pick up. I spoke to Noor, who was so helpful and had all the answers to my query and she put my mind at ease immediately. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable, especially when I asked her questions about the expected manufacturer's high price increases expected for the Mounjaro had ordered. Having used various pharmacies for my Mounjaro, I have to say that I will be sticking with this pharmacy moving forward because they are helpful, efficient and after speaking with Noor, I trust them. My friend has ordered from a competitor and she has not been able to get any information about when her order will arrive. She emailed them a few days ago and received a generic email saying her order was being processed. No idea of when she will get it. She emailed again yesterday and has heard nothing. My order will be with me within the next 48 hours. She has no idea when hers will even be dispatched (but they have taken her money). I was told that in the future, Weightless may be offering discounts for repeat orders in the future, which would be such a change from discount on first order only. I don't know if this will be possible, but if they do introduce this, even if it's a tenner off, it's nice to be rewarded for repeat business, I am sure most will agree with that. well done Weightless, I'll be in touch when I need to order more, and thank you Noor for all of your help.

Had a really positive experience when needing to contact customer services . I spoke with an advisor called Noor who was really helpful and was able to assist me with my inquiry quickly and efficiently.

So I had a minor issue with my order as they were requesting further information, that I had already sent previously which caused my order to be placed on hold . I called up weightless and spoke with a lady called Noor she was fantastic solved my issue immediately, this is the type of customer service we need nice and efficient . Thanks again.

Bad experience with the company and very unprofessional customer support. No reply on WhatsApp (like they say on their site) have asked for help , send few messages and no response what so ever , sent emails and same situation, no response. Had to ring them up so finally I got to speak to someone . They have messed up my order , because of this I didn’t get to do my jab on time . Lady on the phone (there is only one person working in that office by the sound of it )said she will send me an email for payment details same day and guess what ?surprise surprise No email again what so ever .. so i just went elsewhere and wouldn’t want to deal with them again 👎🏻

Arrived in great packaging, great 1st experience.
However, there is NO incentive to repurchase with this company as a returning patient, their prices are SO SO high. No discounts available to encourage you to stick with them and reorder. Disappointing and incredibly short sighted of them, there are 1000s of other online pharmacies offering much lower and competitive pricing for weight loss treatments. The medication is the same from each place, Weightless need to have a reason for people to stay with them and sadly, they don’t have that for me. I’ll be repurchasing elsewhere for much less.

Was very helpful with every step of the way from ordering to delivery was a great service and distribution of my medication was the quickest I've had since being on manjorou over a year give it a try I promise you won't be disappointed

I paid the initial fee using a discount code. I was then asked to fill in a medical questionnaire, resulting in it saying I could have the mounjaro pen. It tried charging me another £150 on top of the fee I had initially paid. When I chased this up, also asking when the pen would be dispatched, I had an e mail saying that I now couldn't have the pen. Not a company I would ever contact again
