The website is a fraud. The dog is not AI. You need to add batteries and onced turned on just yaps and walks until you turn it off. Very annoying.
Asked for a refund and have not heard anything.
I also didn't know the price was USD as it is not display this or shiw how much in AUD.
Warranty was also added extra with no choice.
DO NOT BUY THIS DOG, THE WIGGYDOG COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

Het enige wat de hondjes doen is waggelen en produceren een piepend blafgeluid.
Heb leverancier getwiggybuddy.com gemaild en zij blijven erbij dat ik het juiste heb ontvangen.
Dit is gewoon oplichterij dus koop niets bij dit bedrijf

The advertisement is a big LIE ! The same ad is under different names, Wuffy, Waggy and Wiggy in the name. Same advertisement exactly claiming it's an AI robot dog. It is NOT! IT IS A CHEAP TOY JUST LIKE THEY SOLD IN SWAP MEETS FOR $5.00. IT JUST WALKS AROUND WITH A LOUD MOTOR NOISE AND YAPS. DOES NOT DO WHAT THE AD SAYS AND DOES NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT THE AD SHOWS. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY BY BUYING THIS. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND MAD.

Total Disappointment
I sent an email and requested a refund and I did receive an immediate response, because it was an automated reply. I emailed the reasons I requested a refund and conveniently the order number or email address could not be found (even though the email I was corresponding with is the same email I used to order).
The item is cute enough, smaller than I expected, but definitely not AI. It requires two batteries and as soon as the switch is turned on, it squeaks (like a dog toy) and walks. It doesn’t stop unless it is turned off. This robot dog is NOT worth buying at all! It’s cheaply made and is not anything like what is depicted in the advertisement. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

I thought I was purchasing the item…
I thought I was purchasing the item from an Australian site. I didn’t request additional see the word Australia in the ad. I also thought the price was going to be $29.99 but even in US dollars the price was different. I also never asked for additional warranty for the item. I would suggest to make it absolutely clear the price in AU dollars and also not automatically add warranty at an extra cost.
