Well for a start the item was nothing like what it showed in the advert. Personally I was disgusted with the wiggy dog. Also I ordered 1 of them and for some reason they sent me 3 and I certainly didn't order 3 of them. I would be very grateful if you could see your way to refunding my money as the final price was over £100 and I can't afford that kind of money for that product . How can I return them to you. I would be very grateful if you could see your way to refund me my money. Many thanks.

For clarity, an order is created only after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed. Any add-ons, including warranties or subscriptions or additional units of the WiggyDog, must be explicitly selected and confirmed by the customer before the order is finalized.
