Fast shipping and never has any damage to the product. Drinks taste great with a great amount of caffeine. I never get jitters or a fast heart rate. Just enhanced focus and reaction time.

I am not an easy person to say I am happy with services but with GeFuel they are great customer service I ever deal with very understandable ,I missed up some pre ordered and they fixed my issue in no time, today I was able to pre order Doom dark ages collector box very easy no system crash like before scalpers couldn't ruined it for us this time , thank you Gefuel

The package got lost in the mail orders placed on the 17th of April. It stopped moving through the post service on the 19th of April. It's been 11 days. I have called multiple times I've gotten miss response from oh we're going to take care of this to are you stealing from us attitude? I was supposed to speak to a manager who did.I won't return my calls. The Post Office believes the package may have been stolen. So they've started an investigation. The insurance that I bought on this will not let me activate and says that it's still moving through the post services, even though the post office doesn't know anything about that. Long story, short 17th of April to May 1st no product. No answers and no solutions. I really like the product g. Fuel cells, but their customer it's so hit-or-miss. It just makes the whole company look bad. They should offer different shipping options. And if they're not going to offer different shipping options, and they're only going to use usps, maybe they should be fitting the bill for the insurance says, the insurance doesn't seem to work.

Look gfuel is good they have good flavors but they could do better for being a #1 supposedly top gaming brand they really need some work for example the formula, the ingredients there are not enough dosages to get the results u claim for example the reaction time and focus part of it u need an ingredients called Ltheanine for focus and u need higher dosage of ingredients cause its not enough to get job done and the powder doesn't devolve very well I hate have to shake it up for 3 plus min to get it too devolve and some of ur flavors don't taste very good until u get it as cold as possible and then it taste good its just I mean for being number one u need a ton of work to do if u want to be my number 1

As a European customer, I always make my purchases during BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) sales or pick up special editions/cups when they're on sale—mainly because shipping and taxes can add up quickly. That said, every order I've placed has been a smooth, positive experience. Shipping is always timely, and I've never had an issue with any delivery—everything arrives in perfect condition.

There are a few areas where I'd love to see some improvements:

It would be great to have more sample flavors available to try before committing to a full tub.

Not all flavors currently offer a caffeine-free option, which would be a nice addition for late-day use or caffeine-sensitive folks.

The $3 insurance service fee tends to reappear automatically if you remove it but don’t complete the checkout immediately. While I understand the idea behind the fee, it feels like something that should be built into the customer experience rather than an extra charge.

Overall, though, I'm very satisfied and will definitely keep coming back during sales. Just a few tweaks would make an already great experience even better!

After 8 orders we can say we loving Gfuel to.
It was my first Energy drink brand and we did choose then for the range of flavors.

The Supreme Hydration are great to my favorite are
1. Stab Stimulant
2. Sonic's Peach Rings
3. HYPE SAUCE

The site is easy to use and it great to see the tax we with ordering.
The shipping goes fast and did never give any trouble.

I love the wide range and variety of flavors I can find. You all are always bringing it new and exciting collaborations and flavors to match. The bogo sale always is a good way to restock on any flavor I'm running low on or a new flavor I want to try. The shipping process is fast and ordering is so easy.

G FUEL is great but so is the customer service, I have not had any issues with G FUEL and even when a I made a mistake the customer service was really helpful in fixing whatever issue I had.

They have a wide variety of flavours that are incredible and the prices are really affordable for the quantity and quality, my favourite flavour is the peach ring sonic flavour they have, I definitely recommend that flavour for starters if anyone is willing to try out G FUEL

Honestly, I only buy during BOGOs. $35 per tub feels a little steep to me. I'm happy to see that they are putting the ACTUAL flavors under the name so we know what it's gonna taste like before we buy it.

The flavours are awesome with so many varieties to choose from! There’s always deals rolling through so you definitely get your money worth, even the reward system is awesome for bagging that extra tub for free!!
Also shipping from the US to UK is very quick no matter your order size, out of all energy supplements flavourings, designs, efficiency, You can not beat GFuel

I dislike that it’s taking so long for shipping. I’ve ordered twice in one month and it’s taking almost a week and a half just for an order to be shipped. If it shipped and took awhile I’d understand but the fact it’s not even leaving you guys for that long is unacceptable. I love the product, but for the price I shouldn’t wait longer than a week. I just did the monthly subscription and am wondering if I made a mistake with my last order still sitting with you guys after being so long since I ordered.

I wanted to give 2 stars but I really like gfuel. The app and site is wonky at best, and the customer service is ok. If it gets much worse I’m going to have to find someone else sadly, which makes me even more mad because finding flavors as good as yours will be a pain. I really hope you step your game up.

The knuckles I just bought is a new flavor for me. Thus far super impressed and very delicious. Art is great and also no chalky taste with clean energy no crash.

I like the wide variety of flavors and i feel you get alot for your money.

Flavors are amazing. Easy to do. Lasting energy. Last a while.
