I LOVE Gfuel. We have been drinking it religiously for 3 years now. I would love to promote it on my podcasts if you still have sponsorship slots available! I wait every year for the caramel apple. It is my FAVORITE flavor. I love the cantaloupe and the peach rings the most for the normal flavors. I recently got the good guys chucky flavor and it is delicous!! It tastes like an orange push pop if you make it with milk!!! Thank you guys for creating one of the best energy drinks on the planet. I tell everyone about you. Also if I could get a shaker that doesn't leak that would be awesome. I recently got the strawberry shortcake stainless steel shaker with Amy rose and I love it so much but it leaks terribly. I have a few others but that's the one I use the most.

Accurate order and quick turnaround for me to receive my items.

For me, they’ve got good service. I’ve always had good experience with everything (shipping, customer service, product) 10/10 for sure will order again in the near future!

I love how cheap it is per serving, less than a daily coffee from about anywhere. I love the collectability of the containers, and also the art on the labels. Flavours are generally really good, I bought the Doom spicy lemonaide, I love spice and lemonaide but this one is absolutly disgusting I can't drink it the flavour is just way off. Besides that, everything else is wonderful with you guys, you guys should make like a vanilla cola flavour or something I think that could be real good!

Shipping takes too long.
5-7 days to process- not including weekends. Then another 5-7 days to deliver. Expedited shipping doesn’t help either.
Products are great, but could get similar from competitors in half the time for lower cost overall in a few days, not 2-3 weeks.

The drink was really good had a great time trying different flavors but HOLY GUACAMOLE 30USD FOR SHIPPING?????(I still payed it was worth it but maybe try to making shipping a lil cheaper)

Ja ich weiss das es Zuckerfrei ist, wenn man auf Zuckerwatte steht, dann kann man sich das Zeug gönnen. Angelockt durch den Medialen Hype in den Social Media habe ich mir die Sorte Swedish Gummi Fish und Naruto Iced Candy gekauft. Beides für mich Geschmacklich im übertrieben künstlich süßen Bereich. Wonach es schmecken soll, weiss wohl nur der Hersteller selber. Ich kann bestenfalls einen Geschmack erahnen, wird aber durch die übertriebene künstliche süße fast völlig überdeckt. Über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten. Aber hier sage ich definitiv das es nur der Hype ist. Kann man sich auch gleich ein paar Süßstoff Tabletten im Wasser auflösen. Schmeckt wahrscheinlich genau so. Mehr als rausgeschmissen Geld. Bin echt enttäuscht. Mehr als das, ich bin schockiert.

Had a nightmare of a time trying to purchase gfuel and absolutely nothing went right... from them having the wrong number in account even after i changed it and tried multiple times which their app just not working right. then went to sent them an email explaining the headache they've caused after ive been a customer for YEARS. then i was censored and couldn't sent the message because i used caps and therefore i couldn't sent it... what kind of babys work at gfuel customer service that they wont even allow a customer to tell them exactly how horrible of an experience this was.

I was Sent a tub of Sage Mode Peach that came with a Spider included inside my Tub. When Reaching out to customer Support they were very unhelpful and kept telling me to wait. and id wait and come back and theyd tell me to wait again, There drinks taste good but Beware what bugs may have gotten into the Powder like mine, also hope your delivery goes good because God Help your Soul if you have to talk to customer support. Worst Team Ever.

I glad that gfuel get me refund now. But still won't buy gfuel again due fact make it difficult for me which give them the documents didn't respond quickly as I hope. I can't trust third-party delivery companies. Ask gfuel customer support on my PayPal account get replacement order still no response.

I liked GFUEL, than i just found out that they sponsor a toxic criminal that insults 12-year old on her 33m subscriber channel. yep. thrown away everything left, never going to buy anything of gfuel ever again.

Order never arrived since December 2022 it has been over a year now and gfuel support doesn't take responsibility and neither provided shipment tracking for the order.
Got scammed and they won't respond to support tickets anymore.

UPDATE: Support contacted me and resolved the issue

Stupid Canada delivery service. Like really.. I get it, it's complicated outside the us and they got a lot of orders recently.. but it's been a week since I did my order and it didn't even left the warehouse.. It's truly sad, since I bought gfuel locally and know how good these guys are. But they really need to step up their delivery transparency and their speed when it comes to pack stuff up. I'm not asking amazon prime delivery speed, just a better service for delivery.

happy with the general taste and all the products, however i find their bottles quite frustrating. Bought two bottles in addition to 2 tubs, one bottle had a defect that made it unusable, and other one leaks. Contacted costumer support months ago, and they still dont have an additional cup to send me to replace the defected one.

Removing sssniperwolf is your biggest mistake means you support jacksfilms and he causes mental health as he is harrasing sssniperwolf all the time

Gfuel sent me a total of three containers that the absorbent packs were broken inside. They refused to replace them unless I “sent footage” when I reported the issue with two of the hydration tubs. I opened the other two main gfuel tubs I bought and one of them also had a pack that was spilling into the tub. (I bought 6 hydrations & 3 energy tubs in two separate orders) they refused to “because it was out of the acceptable timeframe”!

Either Gfuel is encouraging costumers to consume more then a healthy amount per day, or is encouraging customers to buy in bulk so that when there is an issue down the line they don’t have to be responsible for the product. This sounds like something the FTC should be investigating.

Placed an order spent about $140, Asked to swap one of the items with the by one get one free. Was told I cant because of the difference in price of $2.... thing is the by one get one free would of covered that as i had something the same price. In a demo order it worked fine at the same price. I told them to just keep order as it is. 2 weeks later im wondering why its not shipped with in the 10 days they state. I contact them to be told they put my order on hold. It took over 20 days to dispatch. I often order from china and they dispatch and ship to the UK faster then they can put a few tubs in to a box and pass it to a courier.

Keep in mind the mark up on the product is huge. its caffeine squash. The price tag is super premium when it cost so little all to make. You would expect the service to be outstanding for the price as the product barely is able to lift its self

Their customer service is abhorrent crap. If you buy a-lot of items on their 2 for 1 deal (say 4 tubs) saving you 70$ they will ship the item out but they also request that the shipping company not hold the item meaning if you “miss” the first delivery (or the stupid delivery driver just skips your stop and marks it as attempted) it immediately gets sent back to the shipper, they l then, when reaching out to the company they said they can’t honor the deal so i can accept a refund or nothing at all…. My choice….

I honestly have to say.
I drink gfuel only 1 or 2 times a day (which is reccomended) and everytime i drink it i feel more productive and happier. When i bought my first tub i didnt really enjoy it but it has grown on me and honestly helped me in many situations like getting work done and getting that extra focus in FPS games. I make music and when i take a drink of Gfuel my mind opens up to more ideas. I reccomend for people who has problems executing ideas and for people who wants the extra bit of focus for your games. This stuff gives you that 3 am motivation on a regular tuesday afternoon
