Have been waiting for 21 days now for my order. After seeing other reviews I believe I'll just issue a charge back on my card. Pretty sure this company is a scam.

Do not purchase this product. SCAM. Took eight weeks to receive and it does not work. They say 100% iron cloud return that’s if you return it to China. They offered 7 US dollars and I could keep the product. Return has to be sent to China.

Complete scam! Finally got my product after six weeks. Was not Peter Thomas Roth instant eye tightener but a knock off made to look like the real thing.Does not work at all.

Horrible experience 2 times with this "company." First the package doesn't arrive; then it gets lost, then it comes and it is either the wrong product or a terribly inferior product. Both times, efforts to return the product and get my money back results in many emails, always from a different "representative" asking for info from me, pictures of the product, etc. Then they offer $5. or $7. when the product is worth $45. or more. Then they offer $12. or $14. All this takes up a lot of time and you get nowhere. By then, if time hasn't run out, my credit card company tries to help.
The big problem is that when you buy the product, they don't tell you its GGVtrend.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Scam company….Ggvtrend advertised Peter Thomas Roth Eye tightener for $38 in August and shipped 2 units of some generic “Temporary Eye Tightener” from China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering!
No product received and when I asked for a refund they offered half the purchase price 20USD as a refund.
I spent $43 USD

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! This is complete bull crap. I placed an order 8/16 and it is now 9/10 and I have yet to receive anything. I contacted them they same day I placed the order to cancel, they reached out once to ask why and never heard back, no refund, no cancellation, but no product has been sent out either.

0 stars - absolutely a SCAM. Ordered an eye cream at the beginning of aug it’s now middle of September. No reply from company , no valid tracking number , no delivery , nothing.

The “tracking” is a China number. This is not an authentic product. The original china shipping (VY000…) proves this. Per the attached pictures, I was shipped 2 products (I only ordered 1). What I received does not match the website (bottle of eye tightener and the brush).

I a requested a full refund immediately as this product is not authentic or what was advertised. The website offers a full 100% refund if not completely satisfied. I stated I was 100% not satisfied and want a full refund.

Avoid this “company”.

Trash! Products don't work and to get a refund you have to pay the cost back to china I would not recommend this company at all

I ordered GLP1 patches in early August. Haven’t received them, nor can I track anything. I believe I’ve been scammed. And am expected to pay through affirm in a few days. Have no idea how to cancel this order. This truly sucks.

Scam. Ordered 30 days ago and never received the product.

Worst Company Out There! They do not stand behind their products or service. Big time scammers! They sent the wrong product and refused to provide a return label, a refund or to send the correct product. Avoid at all cost!

Scam alert!! I ordered first week of august! Checked the tracking they give USPS give me an error tracking because it does not exist!! $41 gone coz the do not have customer service or some sort of refund!!

Scam! Ordered my product early Aug and still haven't received my order. I emailed support last week about it but no reply. Tracking number is no good either. There is no other way to get a hold of the company. I sent another email today asking to cancel my order and refund me my money, which unfortunately, won't happen, but doesn't hurt to try.

Do not order, the products are not delivered as you can see in other posts. I ordered on 8/10 and today is 9/2 and I still have not received the product.

I would give them a zero if it was possible. Ordered early August. Now Sept 2nd! I never received the product. Sent two emails asking for the product or a refund. Did not get a response. DO NOT buy from this company as they are a scam! Also, I would cancel the credit card you used to buy the product as they may be phishing for CC numbers! I will remove this review only by contact from the company or receipt of product. I have doubts the product is good at this point.

I never received the product. This company does not have a working phone number. The tracking info given through email is fake.

This is not a legitimate site. It is a SCAM! Do not place any orders here. I learned to hard way. I sent an order for a skin care product 8/5/25 and I regret this. No response from my inquiry on where my item is. Asked for a refund and was promptly told they can’t issue a refund. China product stole my money. Stupid me. Don’t make the same mistake.

HUGE SCAM. I’m just here to say what just about everyone else says. I ordered my product back on August 4th. Have reached out several times. I get emails saying, ‘It’s in its way. Sorry for the delay’. Shame on me for falling for this garbage. NEVER again will I ever order from anything on social media. Please do not order from this company. Ever. It wasn’t a ton of money but it’s money wasted and I don’t do that. Shame on the company and anyone who advertises for these crooks.
