Complete scam, I never received my eye serum. I also received email asking how’s the product. I asked for refund but no one responded.

If could give this company zero stars, I would. I was scammed along with all the other reviewers. Ordered Aug 4, which shipped a week later, but they’re still no tracking. I need to do a better job of researching companies before buying …absolutely do not buy from them. 

First it took way to long to receive the product and the eye tightener did nothing. There was no tightening at all and I feel like this was a scam that I fell for and that's shame on me. I'm writing this to warn others. Going back to Plexiderm because it does work.

Ordered August 1st. It is now August 27th. 2 weeks ago I sent an email asking where it was. I next received an email that it is on it's way. I next received a message from Shop saying that a post office in California is awaiting the order that had a shipping label written on August 18. Since then, nothing, except an email asking how I liked the product, lol. I will start the process to try to get my money back. I will never order anything again because I saw an ad on instagram or facebook.

I would not order from this. I should've done my research on this company. I haven't received my order and their tracking number is not real. I've emailed them several time and I've tried call their number on their website and its a non-working number.

Never received it. Now they are sending me emails asking me how I like the stuff. SCAM

If there was a "zero" star, I would give that. This company is horrible. I placed an order 3 weeks ago. The order was confirmed and then nothing. No notices of shipment. Emails went unanswered. List phone number is disconnected. Total Scam. Stay away from this company.

Never received order. Received fake tracking number.

I’m basically repeating what everyone else is saying, and shame on me for not researching this company better. But it’s all a scam, you get a generic product that doesn’t work, and cannot get a refund. It’s sad to me this company can continue to have ads on social media

They advertise the authentic Peter Roth instant face firming cream and you wait several weeks to get the product they say it comes from the US but it's actually coming from China it is some rare odd knock off brand that absolutely does nothing

Wish I could rate a 0! Terrible company, do not order from them. I am processing a dispute with the my bank right now for an order never received. They sent a tracking number two weeks ago that has not been picked up by carrier or tracked or delivered.

This is a waste of my money. I was excited about receiving my product. And it doesnt even move one wrinkle.Plexiderm run circles around it. You are taking peoples money. I demand a refund!

DO NOT purchase any products from this company!! They are a fraud and scam! I reported them to the BBB and many other social media platforms. I have now made it my mission to let as many people as I can to do no business with them. You will never receive your product, they are from China and they have a huge scam going on but I have also written to Facebook to report them so they are not allowed to post any products. I am hoping this comes through! So tired of foreign countries scamming people! No

This was a complete bait and switch! I was totally scammed by several "influencers' reels," on IG and FB and took a leap of faith and ordered the Peter Thomas Roth eye cream.

What arrived in the mail is a cheap knock off from China, they use a fake website, using real images of the product, but what you'll receive is a cheap knock off.

I'm so grateful that my credit card was able to dispute the charges and I was refunded- but stay clear of this company.

I NEVER RECEIVED UPDATES ON SHIPPING. THEY WERE ALWAYS INCONCLUSIVE. NEVER REALLY GAVE YOU AN ANSWER. POOR QUALITY PRODUCT ON TIGHTENING EYE GEL. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered pet Dr Thomas Roth on 08/8/25 and as of 08/21 heard nothing. Do not order from this company! It.s a scam.
