Ghemu Farm is a developing family farm project based in the United Kingdom and operated by IVA PLANTS Ltd. The project draws on a long-standing family connection to food production, traditional recipes and the use of natural ingredients, with documented family records dating back to the late seventeenth century. Ghemu Farm has been established as the early foundation for a future working farm focused on controlled, small-scale production. The core aim of the project is to build a vertically integrated approach to food and drink production, beginning with a clear understanding of raw ingredients. Ghemu Farm is being developed with the long-term intention of growing herbs and tea plants and producing small-batch preserves based on traditional family methods. Emphasis is placed on provenance, quality control and responsible production practices, rather than volume or rapid commercial expansion. At its current stage, Ghemu Farm does not operate as a retail business and is not open to the public. Activities are focused on planning, research, recipe development and documenting the practical steps involved in establishing a working farm. Public-facing materials are intended to reflect this early stage accurately and transparently. Ghemu Farm operates under IVA PLANTS Ltd and is closely aligned with the wider work of IVA PLANTS, an independent UK-based tea producer. The project represents a long-term commitment to developing a sustainable, ingredient-led farm and food production model in the UK.

Absolutely delicious homemade jams! You can really taste the quality and care that goes into them. I’ve tried several, but my absolute favourite is the quince jam – it’s so tasty and full of flavour.

I ordered a few little jars of greengages jam as it’s such a rarity and was so happy I did! It was absolutely delicious as well as black tea from a farm in Sri Lanka recommended by Alexandra. Look forward to trying other jams and teas and hope your beautiful quince jam will make an appearance at Quince bakery sometime soon :) Thank you!
Absolutely loved the sauerkraut - fermented cabbage! It's a family recipe and I definitely could taste that there's lots of goodness in it. Tastes way better than any other sauerkraut I've found so far. Can highly recommend! Love to support family business ❤️
Was first introduced to this brand at a well-being fair have now twice brought from them their sauerkraut their quince jam and now their courgette and lemon jam. I have to say that this has got to be the most delicious best tasting and fresh preservative-free jams and sauerkraut that I have ever had. It’s really nice to buy from a small independent business and to know that you’re eating stuff that is free of preservatives fillers chemicals and is homegrown and home-made will definitely be going back for more. I would highly recommend it if you want farm fresh preservative chemical and colour free great tasting food and teas then this is the company for you I wish I could rate it even higher than five stars
