Hired Giant to deliver a bespoke, private chef and cocktail experience for a big family party in a rented house to celebrate my brother’s 21st! We’re a large family that includes a range of generations all liking different things so it was quite the task!

From initial consultation to the execution and even after the booking, Jamie was an excellent, attentive liaison. Harry and Caitlin delivered superb hosting and cocktails, while the chef we were provided blew it out of the park. The team integrated seamlessly with the family and made it a night to remember. I highly recommend giving these guys a call if you’re looking for a private chef, a cocktail evening, or even something a little different. 10/10 would recommend and hire again. Thank you giant!

What an amazing experience. We had an incredible evening hosted by Giant Hospitality Group. From start to finish the experience felt personal, polished, and genuinely special. Our private chef, Ben, was outstanding, not only was every dish beautifully prepared, but he took the time to talk us through each course with real passion and expertise.

The wider team were just as impressive: attentive, friendly, and clearly committed to creating a memorable night. The wine tasting was a real highlight too, perfectly paired and presented with knowledge and enthusiasm.

A fantastic experience all round. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something unique, intimate, and expertly delivered.

We had a fantastic time at the cocktail masterclass last weekend. Jamie and Harry were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions, talking us through the process and showing us how to do the various different cocktails! The workshop was so much fun and loved the chance to make our own concoctions along with some classic cocktails!

I was invited to one of Jamie's Cocktail Masterclass events by a friend & it was great fun, informative & inspiring. During our event we were taught to make several cocktails from scratch, & then to concoct our own from a wide selection of spirits & mixers. Jamie was professional, yet fun & witty, and was great at sharing his knowledge & the passion he has for hospitality with all of us.
There was ample time for us all to taste the cocktails we had made & for us to make notes for ourselves to recreate these at home! We had a fantastic time, thankyou!
