What makes my business different is that I've been on both sides of the table. Before becoming a marketing consultant, I spent years building and running my own award-winning retail business. I know what it's like to juggle customers, cash flow, stock, suppliers and never-ending to-do lists. I understand the realities of running a small business because I've lived them. That means you'll never get marketing advice that's full of jargon, unrealistic expectations or the latest social media fad. Instead, you'll get honest, commercially focused advice that works in the real world. Clients often tell me I'm the person who makes marketing finally make sense. I take complicated ideas and turn them into clear, practical actions that fit your business, your budget and your capacity. I don't believe marketing is about chasing algorithms or posting for the sake of it. It's about creating a joined-up customer journey where your website, Google presence, content, SEO and brand all work together to build visibility, trust and sales. I work as an extension of your business rather than an outside agency, offering senior-level marketing support without the agency overheads. Working with Steph has been one of the best investments I’ve made for my business. She has supported me with my Shopify website, digital marketing strategy and mentoring, and throughout the whole process she has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind.

As someone who can easily feel overwhelmed by the technical side of running a business, Steph has given me so much more than practical support. She’s given me confidence. She explains everything clearly, is always encouraging, and has helped me feel much more in control of my online presence and marketing.

We worked with Steph on the launch of a new Shopify site for my women's wear business, Styled By 2, and couldn't be happier with the results. Steph is amazing at what she does. She knew what I needed before I did! She has designed my website and has been helping me promote and grow my business for over a year now. Steph is a great listener, sharp and although she doesn’t have any work experience in my industry, we have articulate discussions as though she’s an experienced pro. Steph is highly motivated and is very encouraging but not overbearing.
