Although they do a great job providing Bibles I am deeply disappointed in the way that they quibbled about how much was left to them by my wife's late aunt's estate (of which she was the executor). I would never support them again

A member of this organization used christian scripture and his own beliefs against me and my family.. and our religion, in an attempt to humiliate and gaslight us! At a family friendly event.

This is the definition of SPIRITUAL ABUSE.

This is how my family and I were preached at by a member of Gideon this summer 2024. In upstate New York.

He told us, do we know that we BELIEVE FALSIFLYS... because we are Muslims. Then tried to question our beliefs, our holy book, condescendingly.

We believe differently in our books, but still believe the same messiah, Yashua, Jesus christ. And obviously there is only one Creator.

His words hold no truth. But to try to embaress us, and put us down for our beliefs that way, publicly, and in front of our young daughter... is beyond cruel. It's sick.

Because we are Muslim, and we look different and have different beliefs. We live different lifestyles. We speak differently.. we're used to discrimination, here 🇺🇸. We are looked at like we are aliens. Like we are wrong because our culture and beliefs
He looked me up and down and then my BROWN husband whose darker than me. And repeated my statement back to me, as a question "you're muslim?"

It seemed like he was caught off guard because what I assume to be ignorance.. There's many pale - light skinned Muslims. And we can look just the same as anyone else! I know, it's a difficult fact to understand for many.

Part of a Muslims beliefs, we share christian beliefs. We believe in the messiah that you all worship and call Jesus christ. We read from our ancient holy book which can only truly be understood in its ancient mother tongue. Arabic. Unchanged. Invalid when translated.

..My point being, that preacher had no right to speak about a religion he has no true understanding of! That man was not Arabic speaking or Muslim! 💯

So why was he speaking about a religion he doesn't understand? Why so threatened by us and our religion? If your beliefs are solid why hate on ours? We are secure. We didn't ask to be judged by that man! He came at us that way.
Those were literally amoung his first words that we believe in falsiflys, different from christian!

We use our mother tongue ancient Arabic to call God.. "Allah", which literally means the one and only true God.
A very hard fact for most to fathom, that Allah is not a "different god," but in fact, the same! One and only Abrahamic God. So we call God (which is a title, not a name) Allah=the one and only true God.

For there are many "gods" in this world and it's many, many different cultures, races and religions. I know this is another challenging fact for most of you to understand.

You claim to be messengers of God, while you preached against other religions with your own personal ignorant opinions, and it showed me you're insecure.

But God is not hateful that way. Our creator did not personally tell you to go preach against other religions, your sibling religion!!

Instead of preaching the good word of the lord... You preached hatefully against Islam to me, my husband and my child.

Your member spoke to me as if the religion that we love.. and live by, is something that is wrong. False. Sinful.

How cowardly. Shame on you and yours.

I emailed this complaint to Gideon and they say its been addressed. I don't trust those who don't have the decency to barely give a response to someone they caused harm to.

There is a fine line between freedom of speech and hate speech. I felt that line was crossed 7/27/24.

The media love to lie about us, as well as many of you, especially your leaders.. they lie and fear monger the masses to hate us, and they cause severe widespread ignorance. It's so evil and sick.

Currently most of you are supporting the largest most evil genocide in the world. The very definition of 'holocaust' ..of the Palestinians, Muslims and Christians. Most of you idly live your lives, and with every inconsiderate dollar spent, including your tax money.. The Palestinian christians and muslims who welcomed & helped the jews now get slaughtered by the kin if those they saved.. while Americans blindly support the machines that slay holy people in their own lands.

So I don't expect much of this society anymore. Incapable of empathy for us. Misunderstand us, and our religion. Preach against our religion at a public family event!

Try telling 1.8 billion Muslims worldwide they don't believe in the same Christ and sane God as Christians do. Like your preacher did to us. They'll laugh, shake their head, and turn away.

Muslims dont beg for believers & charity. We especially do not preach against our Christian brothers and sisters.. nor any other religion.

There's extremists who trash our religion. That doesn't make us all that way.

We are all brothers and sisters of Abraham. We are ALL - ADAMS TRIBE.

Your discrimination will never be forgotten.

Do NOT donate to this organization. They exclude widowed women. They exclude divorced women. They exclude single women. That is unbiblical. No where in the Bible does God say, that to tell the gospel message of Jesus, that marital status is a requirement, married or not. This is an unbiblical organization.

And so, to bring light and truth, yes, of course!

Praise and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ and to God the Father and the Holy Spirit! And may only our Loving God be glorified in all things! Amen!

Would still be all real Christians, not just in name, of course!
