FAILURE TO DELIVER of a Uniqlo e-gift since April 9
I purchased a Uniqlo e-gift on April 9, but the redemption code or voucher was never sent until today, April 17. Since more than a week has passed, and after 4 emails (including 2 support tickets), all of which were unanswered, I sent a demand letter for a full refund.
If I still don't get a reply, I will just ask DTI to mediate; I have had one experience with Shopee before, which was resolved thanks to the government agency's mediation.
If not, there goes my hard-earned money.
DTI ought to take notice.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They are A FRAUD.
They don't even deserve a star.
I should have checked the reviews here on Trustpilot.
I will add my voice - GIFTAWAY IS A SCAM, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!
