The actual giftbox was great. The time it took to arrive could have been better. It took 3 business days to arrive and we had hoped it would arrive within 24 to 48 hours

We're sorry to hear the delivery timing didn't quite meet your expectations. Looking into your order, it was placed at 4:50pm on 29th June, which was after our 3:00pm same day dispatch cut off, so it was dispatched on 30th June. We recommend allowing 1–2 business days for delivery following dispatch, and your parcel was delivered on 2nd July, which was within our advertised delivery timeframe.
We completely understand that when sending a gift, you'd always hope it arrives as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your feedback.

A great way to send gifts from UK to NZ
Our friend in NZ loved her gift and she was impressed that the contents of her gift box were top quality products. We live in the UK and have used your firm to send gifts to our friends in NZ.
