Easy to navigate and locate what I was looking for "a giftcard" can't wait to visit

I tried to talk to some one at the restaurant. She refused and asked me to go to website. Now on website , I dont have the copy sent to the recipient

I live in Tulsa and my son lives in Brea and the Chop House is outstanding! The online gift card is great, because I can treat him to dinner when I am far away. The service is always great and the food is wonderful. Never had a bad meal at the Chop House.

It was easy peasy to send the gift card.

We used GiftFly to run a Mother's Day promotion but unfortunately, the payment for the card purchases were never received. They charged the clients card but didn't issue the payment to the business. Unfortunately, one of the cards needed to be refunded and contrary to their online documentation, there is no way to initiate a refund. The number they list to call doesn't go anywhere and after multiple emails, no response. So I had to refund the customer for money I never received.

If I could leave a zero as a review, I would.

We did a gift card sale for our business in November 2025 and have yet to receive our payout. Over $9k in gift card sales. I have an attorney I am working with, but this company is a scam and a disgrace. Do not use them.

This company has stolen $250 from my client. They never paid out the full amount collected from gift certificate sales. We emailed with them repeatedly, to no avail, and finally they stopped responding entirely.

Giftfly.ca (Canada) and their owner, Ackroo, seems fine. They responded to all our messages but couldn't help, as it is a completely separate business entity.

As for giftfly.com, the US one, DO NOT USE! They will keep some of your money.

This was very easy for me to follow the directions & maneuver the steps to purchase a gift card for a fundraiser.
