Won 200,00 on Spree casino on 7/20/26 . Opted for a longhorn steakhouse gift certificate from prizeout. Spree says Prizeout is responsible for the distribution but has not responded to a single email I've sent. Tried to get an email verification to create an account and they will not send a verification code. What's up prize out????
UPDATE** 8/13_2026. Prizeout showed up and showed out!! Redeemed all gift cards!! Thank you prizeout!!!

Scam company working with other scam companies like fortune wheelz
I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. I won $25 on fourtunewheelz that was advertised as redeemable, but before I could claim it, I was told I first had to make a deposit. Although I didn't agree with that requirement, I went ahead and deposited money, completed the identity verification process, and submitted my redemption request.

The $25 was then removed from my Fortune Wheels account and transferred to a third-party redemption service. After waiting over a day, my redemption request was denied without a clear explanation. To make matters worse, my account was then locked for no apparent reason, leaving me unable to access it or get meaningful support.

Another concern is that the platform regularly sends promotional emails encouraging users to sign up for other social casinos, which only added to my concerns about how the platform operates.

Based on my experience, the redemption process was misleading, communication was poor, and customer support failed to provide any reasonable explanation for the denial or account lock. I cannot recommend this platform to anyone looking for a fair and transparent experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REDEMPTIONS.

I had 2 redeemed gift cards from Megabanza casino app,one Phillips 66 .an the other Texas Roadhouse for $40,. They said it will b sent to your email ..... Still waiting nothing ,weeks😞

They only paid out $25 through stormrush.com when I actually gave $60.00 and I was supposed to get 10% more for getting the gift card through these thieves! Do not trust this company or any company affiliated with Stormrush.com or A1 Development Solutions! They are all thieves and liars!

The gift card they sent me never worked and it's been a month ago and no resolution DONT USE

I've been trying to reach their customer service for last 48 hrs regarding 3 gift cards I redeemed via their site winnings. I recently updated my email and so the cards were processed by prize out and sent to old email address that I don't have access to anymore. I have sent two messages to prizeout and pulsz and haven't heard back from either of them. I will update this review when I finally do if I ever hear back

I’ve cashed out hundreds of gift cards. I got one for Fogo de Chão. I took my family there for one of my relatives, birthdays, and when I went to pay, the gift card did not work.
Said no balance.
Although I had never been to this restaurant and I was in a position to use this card any other way.
This made me short on cash and having to borrow money.
What an embarrassing situation I contacted prizeout several times and they refused to help me with this matter. They referred me to the restaurant website whom I contacted and was told I had to have information from prize out. It was on their end so back-and-forth to no avail .
Now I have a gas card that won’t work. I’m starting to get really fed up with this company.

Like many others who have submitted to the BBB and made complaints on that site, they sent me a casino payout gift card to Lowe's home improvement. The card can't be added as a gift card to Lowe's and if you check the balance it tells you something is wrong. Prizeout's suggestion is some family member must have stolen the card. That's not what the issue is. It doesn't say the card has a zero balance, it indicates the card number or Pin is invalid. They are a scam site in partner with the scam casinos.

Still waiting for it to be resolved every email is that it's being escalated

I love prizeout! I’m disabled, and being able to get instacart and door dash has been very helpful to me. I’ve never had a problem :)

I cashed out my balance a month ago, but the gift cards are still "pending". I have written multiple emails trying to contact customer support about this issue, but they never respond.
